There is no dine in available only take out and prices not worth it according to location pathetic area not good for going there

They cheat you, they make you pay in advance, do not deliver the product, deny any kind of customer support. Make you run behind them for refudn and do not process the refund at all. Spoil the mood, party and make you invest your valuable time running behind these stupid people who are just not ready to listen up to you.

Pathetic cakes. I ordered 2 cakes of 1 kg nd 1.5 kg both black forest. The taste had no chocolate or even bread. There was only cream cream and cream.
The manager asked me name to be written on cake twice and still did spelling mistake.
Never gonna order cakes from here again.

I love almost all kind of cakes they offer but my personal favorite is fruit loaded cake with Kiwi toppings (for fruit lovers) must try thing.

Ordered a one kg cake at around 11: 30 for delivery time of 3 p.m for the same day. Even after calling multiple times and listening multiple lies didn't receive the order till 5: 30 and finally had to cancel the order. Order was placed to okhla centre which is 20 mins far from my home. Pathetic service and attendants have a habit to lie. I used to order frequently but from now on i won't. Hope the management takes some corrective actions soon otherwise it is doomed.

Good for ordering food for home. Not good for eating there as there is no good accomodations for sitting.

Please never ever Order befooled by the name with ITALY in it, it will be the worst Pizza you will ever have. And even if you do, never order it via FoodPanda. It took them 1 and a Half Hour to deliver and that too the delivery boy was so intelligent that he had placed the box vertically. So we got two things instead of one, 1 Pizza Base and 1 mixtures of cheeze and toppings.
The pizza was cold and tasted awful even after warming it in microwave. My kids were so excited but the delay and the bad taste, totally spoiled their evening. PATHETIC! PATHETIC! PATHETIC!

3rd class slice of Italy restaurant was unmatched with the name of Italy

Don't go for service, it's only does delivery, but if you wanna eat there, you can they allow it but don't accept a restaurant treatment

Location is remote and there is no name board anywhere except you ask the guard BUT. Range of cakes will overcome all the inconvenience.

I love this place delicious pizza mouth-watering taste great feelings just like enjoy the taste of italy in India

Good for home delivery only, please don't visit, there is nothing to enjoy or to sit and spend some time with frnds

Visited personally to have unknown taste of b'day cake & what i found a delicious choclate in 10 mints. Totally cold & praiseworhty words from b'day tasters!

I have been to this place 2 3 times and it always discipline. The place is beautiful. It just makes your day.
Their food is awesome! Desserts are also good.
Coming to the food menu, they have a lot to offer!
Their penne spinacio pasta and americana pizza are my personal favorites.
One of the best thing about pizza is their service. They are super quick and courteous even if it's weekend they'll never disappoint you. So thumbs up for that.
Overall my experience with pizza has been really good. Looking forward to going there again!

Pathetic pizza. Their delivery time is so long that.by the time it reaches a home it is cold and becomes leather. The delivery boy never has change. And most of the time the pizza base is burnt and chicken is stale.
Advise: Avoid it or waste your money.
