TRULY A FRAUDSTER. I PAID THEM Rs. 5000/- on 3/June/2021. THE SMS DONT WORK AND THEIR SALESMAN WHO WAS IDLE YEATERDAY WHEN SOLD ME SMS PACKAGE IS SUDDENLY A BUSY MAN TODAY AND NOT PICKING MY CALLS. I AM SURE THAT I HAVE BEEN DUPED BY THEM. FRAUDSTERS. KEEP AWAY FROM THEM

FRAUD COMPANY. They take money and not a single SMS gets delivered. NO REFUNDS & THEY BLOCK YOUR NUMBER AFTER YOU PAY THEM

This is a fraud company. For testing it would send your sms but in bulk it won't deliver even a single sms. They will ask u go for DLT and all and if u have done that once with paying extra money still it won't work. Their support team consists I think only 1-2 people. Don't get trapped due to cheap price. It's completely a waiste. Lost almost 14 k due to them. Best one is Pinnacle. Go for it.

These guys are cheater. Do not buy any of their plan. Once you will buy their Plan they will not provide any support to you or even will not pick your call.

Fake Company. I paid 9000 to them for 1lac promo dnd SMS. But after sending the SMS to leads, the SMS doesn't deliver and worst part is that they deduct those unsent SMS as well from your balance.

Fraud SMS Company! Don't get fooled by their low prices. Non of your SMS will ever get delivered, all you will get is fake delivery reports and keep scratching your head for zero response to your SMS campaign.

SMS Fresh — bulk sms service no. 1 fraud
I took a sms portal from them and while the sales was happening things were better but once I started using it the message balance automatically kept on reducing by itself even when I did not use it. The person who was handling all of this is not answering my call. Its a request that do not go for this portal it is totally fake. TO make it look authentic they even send u the copy of pan card but then its of no use as the after sales service is really bad.

If there is a option -1 in rating, then definitely I gave that -1 value,

3rd class service. Brought 1 lakh msg pack for my company 4 months ago. From that day, all my clients are running away due to non-delivery of the msgs. No sypport as when i tried to connect via mai, calling number, nothing was reachable. The girl Jasmine who sold me this pack, her phone number is not reachable. Dont buy their service. Fraud company with no support

They are cheaters and when we ask about services they are abusing to customers. As they don't any physical address employee are ready to fight and abuse because they know no one come to office and reply then in their way of talk. All i can say please don't buy packages because of cost because your amount will be lost as they are not any refund policy also

I would have given 0 star if the feature were there. These people called me after getting my enquiry but when I refused they started abusing and using foul language and said **** if you will not buy we will abuse you. Please don't purchase anything from them.

Most worst company i have seen on internet, i lodge a complaint against them also.messages do not delivers or they are delivered after 3-4 days, no company address is given by them.worst company

Fake and fraud website never waist ur money i have huge amount on it, o msg deliver only show accepted not delivered and after sale never response on call.it is a 420 people.

Very bad service, don't buy from this company! I bought 1 lakh of sms package from sms fresh company, before i pay them they are responding me very well but after payment they take my call in 7 or 10 try. They cut 4 or 5 sms credit in every single message.showing set but not sent!

ONLY IVR is working in company, IVR always "say please wait while we connect to one of our representative, rest all department is have disconnected there line, wanted to buy but after reading review drop idea to go ahead

Fraud Company. All sales person and after sales person are totally fraud.
Big mistake. Very Bad experience ever.
