Worst service.veryy much disappointed.ordered remote jeep and recieved a normal.toy car which is easily available at normal toy shop.never reccommend.and never ever going to choose to shop.cheap.material.high charges.

Had ordered two books for which the preparing period mentioned was 2 to 4 days. I did online payment to get 'express shipping'. On the 3rd day, I got a message from the shipping company they are dealing with that the books are packed, and ready to be shipped but snooplay says it would take 4 days more to even process the books and to ignore the courier updates. I have been tracking it and it is showing that the snooplay has canceled the pickup again and again. I had very politely dealt with all of them but they are not responding properly.
In my opinion, it's better not to order with them for ONLINE payment, so u can atleast save your money.

Everything was perfect! Especially the steering wheel toy I ordered.delivered in excellent condition and works perfectly well! My child really enjoys plays with the steering wheel! Will definitely order more toys from snoopplay again!

Expecting return

I ordered for the ambassador. I liked the car a lot and hence wanted to own this miniature model. Initially I was a little skeptical because it mentioned it was made of plastic but then I convinced myself saying that it did not cost much and hence no issues even if turns out to be bad. To my utter surprise the car was a very good one and very sturdy. Hard to believe it was made of plastic. Looking forward to own more miniature models from their vast collection.

Worst shopping place ever. I don't recommend this to anyone. I had to cancel the product. But they refused the cancellation and instead I have to pay the shipping charges. Nonsense people.

Ordered for COD but product is not shipped for a week. Think if you paid online you never know when product will be shipped. Logistics is worst. Operating from house so can’t expect industry level standard shopping experience.

I had ordered a funko pop from you on (10/12/21). I had received my funko pop today (15/12/21). Thanks a lot for this funko pop guys I loved it. I am sure I would not get this spiderman homecoming funko pop at rs. 1099 at any other site in India and that too with free shipping! Thanks a lot for making this funko pop available to me at this rate wherever I go I see it's rate as from rs. 4000 minimum and even goes up to rs. 12000 since it has to come America.being a marvel and spiderman fan thanks for bringing it in perfect condition. The box had little tears on it but it's okay though. A small request from my side is that the range of funko pop in your site is very limited. I would love to see a large range of funko pops available at these prices. Would definitely recommend this site to my friends for buying funko pops and I would definitely buy again from your site.

Bought a DBZ action figure set from Snooplay. Initially I was not sure about the quality but went ahead anyway as I am a fan of DBZ show. A guy from Snooplay made contact and send me pictures the Action figures to clear my mind. But when I receivd them. They were better then expected. The quality is amazing and was delivered in 4 days as well. So kudos to those guys who are working in Snooplay.

I was buy a Lamborghini toy car at the price if rupeees 2400.actually the car price in mrp rupees 1750 rupees. They people cheating customers. Be alert

The most bogus and bad quality products sold here. If you want to waste your money, this is the place. They have third grade after sales service where they will incur a courier charge of 70℅ of total product price for return of their bogus items. Also, if the child falls of their toy they will demand a proof by asking you to send a video of making the child fall. JUST RIDICULOUS.
