More than a year ago I used their services for washing my clothes weighing 3 kgs. There were a lot of clothes and I didn't check while taking back my clothes. I was moving to a new town and leaving Delhi then. The laundry people called me and then I realised that I missed 3 of clothes including a new jeans. As I moved out of Delhi it was impossible for me to collect it. It was their mistake that they missed 3 clothes out of the 20 clothes that was given to wash. Now I have received the call from them today and they are acusing me of not paying. I am repeating this again that I had paid them while receiving my batch of 3 kg clothes. It was their fault that they missed 3 clothes in my bag. Why would I not pay for three clothes if I am paying for all my clothes weighing 3 kg. It's me who has suffered that I can't get my 2500 rupees jeans back and now they are acusing me of not paying. What a shame!

Edit: I got a call from them again with a comment "the jeans you are mentioning is torn and not worth 2500.2500 is the total amount that you could spend in an entire year". Well you cut the call without listening to what I had to say. Don't acuse someone of not paying when he already paid. And don't make these statements on how much I could spend on clothes. And I don't have a slightest intention of ruining your business. I just couldn't accept of someone "acusing of not paying" when I already paid. Allah is watching. May he show us the path of truth
