Give bad service not a good environment vendor behaviour are very rudely they play as a middiator they take your task/work and send to other person then make a middle profit worst service and office is inside a house.

They called me for interview many times for SEO profile, finally went and done all round positive feedback on interview and they said we will call you for salary discussion once our director come. Months gone but no response.

On the day, I reached there by leaving my final round from Nehru Place as they called me many times for confirming and thought it was near to me that's why.

This is not good, even they asked salary after final round, they have filled up pre interview form in which I mentioned aspected salary.

Also said them below this criteria can't come, they agreed but this kind of behavior isn't good at all. Don't make idiots others plz.

If it is possible to - review I would do. They are not professional and reliable organization at all. Like an idiot organization.

Management is soo sooo poor. They think their employees are their slaves. They kept first month salary as a non refundable training fees. Training? Ughhh! In the name of training, they show you PPTs. You just have to watch them nothing else. After one week of so called training they hand over us project to do. We didn't know ABC of handling the project as stupid training was provided to us. Of course we did mistakes in the project. We were scolded by the Management for those mistakes. Very bad management. Not bad worst of worst. Freelancer translators always called us for their payment. They never gave salary on time to employees nor to freelancers. Deduct payment of translators.

I will not suggest anyone to join this company and waste their time. I would like to share my experience, it was worst because HR Soma is not capable to differentiate between query and issue. I am a fresher in this industry and I had some queries so it is obvious that I’m gonna ask to my senior and if it’s regarding salary so I’m gonna talk with HR, but HR Soma is not able to differentiate between query and issues and she represented my queries to higher management as issues and this is the worst because I wasn't able to contact with higer management and they have wasted my time as well. HR Soma is holding 7 years of experience so I was expecting sensible behaviour but she was very rude. Do not join this company

Worst Management, poor infrastructure and bad and narrow minded thinking of staff, not recommended for any fresher.
They will never give you salary slip, because they want to avoid taxes,
They used to harass employee if they ask for salary slip.management people also inter fare in your personal life. I will suggest to not to join this organisation.

I don't want to waste my precious time to explain all wrong things about this company. However, I point out few topics which is very important for every employee who want to work here. So if possible please tell me the answers which I am looking for.
1- Why this company never give salary slip to their employees?
2- why Account manager act like HR in this company and comment personal things to employee which is not at all his job.
3- Please explain why this company does not have separate washroom for male and female employees?
4- What is the purpose of raising very personal thing in meeting and that too by account manager which is not at all appropriate.
5- Why this company have the policy to switch off the Ac for alternate half an hour and that too in mid summer time?
6- Why this company is located in Residental area and no proper managment at all.
7 - This company provide 9000 for freshers who is graduated. Do they think 9000 salary in fair enough to give as a salary and that too without salary slip?
8 - why they forcely ask their employees to give positive review about company. This should be their choice on the basis of how they feel about company.
Note: This company always tell that this is 10 year old company and if this is 10 year old company it mean people do have faith in this company.
All I have ask is 8 question and that explain about this company management.
This should not about quantity (as you said 10 year old) but rather this should about Quality (no salary slip to employee even after 10 year).

This is one of the worst n bad company. They don't give any importance to their employees. I have applied for job in this company. I gave interview in this company and I got selected for the profile which I have applied for. I still remember her name who called me for interview. Soma is the head HR in this company. She is the who not at all professional for that position. Whenever I have asked her for joining date, she used to refuse the confirmation about my joining date. I have asked her through mail as well but she didn't replied to my mail. She is very unprofessional. I called her so many times and she kept telling me that she will confirm the joining date as soon as possible. Even though I have asked her that whether I am selected or not for this profile and her response was unexpected. She told me that I was selected for this profile but whenever I ask for joining date, she kept delaying that. This is very unprofessional. Somya translators management is very bad when it come to mangament. Soma talk very unprofessional. She never denied my job confirmation neither she gave me proper joining date. I personally think that this company is all about fake work and bad environment. Please don't waste your life to join this company.

This company does not deserve even a single star.this company is totally FRAUD.i worked there as account assistant.being a commerce graduate i found many loophole in the account department.lots of fraud and illegal work happen in account department. TAX EVISION and MONEY LAUNDERING
is the main activity of this compa i was forced to generate fake cash po and cash voucher which was unethical and illegal for me. Mukesh chaudhary is the main accused person of account department.he generate Fake CASH PURCHASE ORDER (PO) and cash voucher to show more expenses of the company with the help of OMS software.state wise Imaginary name are mentioned in cash po which looks like real.after reaching 30,000 INR limit.he do changes in the name of fake people to avoide TDS charges. Mukesh chaudhary also do mis- management in Petty cash book fund. From Pandav nagar to Preet vihar ICICI OR AXIS Bank. Bus fare is only 10 rupees (Including both side). But mukesh mentioned 140 rupees as expense.many times i had to sign cash voucher of 140 or above.lets talk aboout working environment iin the company. Mukesh chaudhary who works as account manager in the company.he always harass the people.he always talk about professional but in real he is unprofessional in nature.he do flirt with Female employee.he do not have manner how to talk with people.do talking over phone. He thinks that he is Son in - law of the company.he is big A.s Ho-e.in last 5 month 30+ employees left the job because of Bad working environment and unprofessional Behaviour of seniors.i do not recommned anyone to work here.

- Doesn't have a good project coordinator
- Doesn't have a systematic process
- Doesn't know how to handle the situation
- Doesn't know how to deal with the employees
- Forcing employees to write good review about the organization
- Doesn't have transparency with the SOPs/process
- Payment delays without any information
- You don't have write to ask any question (do as I said, don't do as I do)

This company is totally Fraud.it induldge in Tax evision and Money Laundering. Mukesh chudhary who works as account manager in company is the Master Mind of making fake Cash PO with the help of Software.he also do Mismanagement in Petty cash sheet.the genuine BUS fare from company office to Preet vihar ICICI Bank is 10 rupees including Both side.but he mentioned 150 rupees as Bus fare in petty cash sheet. Mukesh and Hr manager Soma Ghosh are Servile in Nature.both haressed me at the workplace.
