I purchased Atta chakki by SONAR Appliances Pvt Ltd through AMAZON. I received damaged product. Seller did not take interest to provide replacement of damage spare. Seller has no sell after service policy.

This is a pathetic and fraud company. I have purchased a machine from them, they delivered a faulty piece and then on the pretext of fixing the problem they exhausted all the free services promises. And it has been three months and not giving a solution just asking for charges. They and their staff is just fraud. Sales person is not responsible for after sales. Service person would just let you ask to clean machine again and again without any solution. This company should be asked to surrender their manufacturing licence

Recently got this R. O system installed at our home and it works amazingly well. I have been using Sonar Appliances products for over 10 years now and have not a single complaint against them. The prices are reasonable and the customer service is impeccable! Moreover, the quality our our drinking water has greatly improved after installing their product.

I would highly recommend others to buy products from them as I have first-hand experience of using their products for years now and have had a positive experience only so far.:)

Went there for getting my oil machine serviced.and was really impressed by their honesty and straightforward Ness. They don't give you any juicy promise about the range of their very very useful products needed for maintaining ones health.
It seems they are the pioneers in introducing domestic oil extracting machines in India.

I bought talky aatta chaki from here, now it is not working. Their engineers are also not that much qualified or experienced to solve the issue in aatta chaki. They are providing worst service, I mean they don't even able to understand the problem than what kind of engineers, sorry LABOURS they are. Almost from last 3 months I am facing this problem.
