Lovely andbpolute experience with the Onsite Engineer Mr. Ajay Kumar who installed the New Sony Bravia smart TV and assisted us in understanding the various options to operate my Lovely TV.
I have submitted a not working charger of my Sony Camera A7 Mark 3, a day before yesterday to them and they replace it by the company within 48 hours and today I have received a fresh charger for my camera. Very cooperative Staff and timely delivery by them.
Went there for PS4 repairing and they told me a straight NO that I cannot be repaired and can only be replaced. My PS4 was out of warranty and said nothing can be done. How come it's a Authorized service centre and cannot fix my PS4?

PURCHASED SONY HOME THEATRE HT-A9 WITH SW5 WHICH HAS BEEN NEWLY LAUNCHED. THE PRODUCT HAS GOT AN ASTHETIC LOOK. HAS GOOD ACOUSTIC QUALITY. HOWEVER, REAR SPEAKERS SEEMED A BIT LOW IN SOUND QUALITY.
HOWEVER, THE TECHNICIAN IS ABSOLUTELY NOVICE. HE WAS NOT HAVING THE KNOWLEDGE OF CORRECT INSTALLATION (HE HIMSELF CONFESSED THAT IT WAS HIS FIRST EXPERIENCE WITH THIS PRODUCT). FINALLY, I HAD TO REFER TO SONY WEBSITE FOR CORRECT INSTALLATION PROCEDURE AND INSTALL SUCCESSFULLY. HE ALSO COULD NOT ANSWER OUR QUERRIES. HENCE MANY DOUBTS ARE STILL REMAIN UNANSWERED.
1. OVERALL A GOOD PRODUCT. FOUR STAR RATING FOR THIS (****).
2. PRODUCT INSTALLATION IS FAR FROM SATISFACTORY. TRAINING OF PERSON IN INSTALLATION AND KNOWLEDGE OF FUNCTIONALITY OF THE EQUIPMENT IS SUGGESTED. TWO STAR RATING FOR THIS (**).
They complete Sony brand is fake now. It was one of the best earlier but now worst. Moreover, this service center is completely useless and fake making false promises. I never recommend anyone to buy sony product or visit this service center. MI is the best just go for MI products.
Fraud people sitting here. Damaged my TV while repairing. Don't ever go here for your repair. Person names sanjeev is a big time fraud and rude person with 0 knowledge about sony products and issues and still he behaves like he is the owner of SONY company. Worst service! Shame on this service center and related people!
Big cheaters, their technicians are not professionals, they are authorised service provider for sony and getting lots of complaints. Please do not belive on the services provided by them, you will not be sure when they will stop picking your phone.
I have given them 1000 rupees for television repair. I am calling them every day for refund of my money for around 2 month. They started making false promises Will give tomorrow. Worst service.

Very prompt service! Had been facing issue in 2 of my ps5 controllers, submitted the controllers for repair on 2nd December and got them replaced on 6 December with brand new controllers. Very responsive team.
Called for a TV complaint. Told by afternoon the mechanic will come at my location. But neither he came nor recieved any call from service center till evening. When I called their behavior was very rude, and denied to come. Don't go at this service center.
The Sony Repair center was very responsive as they picked up the TV even on a Sunday and delivered it within 2 days (despite Monday being an off). The center was very responsive and kept us updated.
Extremely poor service. Kept my TV for service for over 15 days, only to say the spare part is not available. Even worse, they don’t bother to assist in sending it back home, they simply gave me a number of a transporter to coordinate with, who doesn’t even answer the call. Avoid this service center at all costs to save yourself some harassment.
Had a mic issue on my sony earphones which I purchased from amazon (within warranty), and got them replaced within an hour in the center. Very helpful staff and quick resolution and process. Thank you sony for such after sale service.
Pathetic service center first they don't pick your call for any assistance and services are very slow they don't even have the parts to repair there own products.
The person who came was not behaving properly. Very dissappointed by his behaviour and his abusive language. I thing I should have opted for any other service provider. That man had no no right to talk to us in such a way.
My complain no. 61662372, no one came to attend, the attitude of one caller was below casual never called again to attend.feel sorry for Sony after sales service. I was forced to give my TV to outside agency. Sad
