Have never faced any difficulty in any dealing till date. SIB is a far better Bank than most of other banks. Mr Amit and Mrs Priyanka are the pillars of the Bank dealing. The only difficulty being faced is that Bank doesn't provide you with the challan for Income tax immediately after transaction.

Branch Manager Mr. Anand Kuriakose is a very helpful person, he is very approachable and helps you out in case of any difficulties. Officer Amit is also very co operative and has great problem solving skills. I would recommend the Branch for Business because of Anand ji.

If u are planning to go there for adhar card update. Then think again. No cooperative staff. I have reached 10 30, enquiry person told me that u are late. U should come at 9 fill form then wait. U will be entertained after waiting 2 hrs. And good news, u will be entertained if u r in first 30. Otherwise come again on another day.

Bank is shifted to ground floor to another near by building.
Staff is very cooperative.
Bank provides adhar card relative services like new adhar card, address updates name change date of birth update mobile number updates figure print update. All types of adhar services are done along with bank services.
