Simply adore this place.spacious gated colony with easy access to the market.what else does one need in the long run.

One of the best societies in South delhi & also it is a very neat and clean duplex society. South Park Apartments is just next to Kalkaji gurudwara. It also contains a beautiful park for residents and a community hall for party purposes. There is a shop also to buy groceries. The only issue is there is less parking space, which is the story of almost every residential society in Delhi.

Very ordinary. Complex is old with steep staircases and no elevators even for G+3 buildings. Most of the flats have been mutilated by the owners to the extent that even the DDA would not be able to recognise the structure. Most of the alterations seemed to be illegal and upkeep was shoddy. Parking was extremely tight and not geared towards larger cars in use today.

This is a colony one building six house from number 123456 here three gate where sit three guard here live a lots of one money

I have been staying here since last 28 years and love this place. Centrally located, near to all places of attraction and not so expensive housing.

DDA built Apartments at Chittaranjan Park adjacent to Kalkaji. Nearest to Nehru Enclave Metro station on Magenta Line linking Botanical Garden and Janakpuri West.

Very well maintained residential area. Low rise duplex apartments. Centrally located is the park and community hall for the residents. Drawbacks are very limited parking space and awareness about the timings for the entry and exist of the two main gates.
