I liked a certain polki design but when i asked about buyback policy they said, 80%. Now the catch is 80% is on bill value. There could be 50% gold value in the original value but when you go to sell lets says 20 years later you are only going to get the return value on the original bill whereas gold might have appreciated 600% (10% yoy) over the years. So great business for them, they make money while selling and they make even more while buying it back from you. So please DONT buy from them unless you are ok with your hard earned money going waste, many other jewellers offer gold appreciation on kundan/polki jewellery which makes better sense

Useless Jeweller. Don't buy from them they are selling bad quality diamonds on very high rates and no credibility too of their diamonds

Their designs are better than other brands like Kalyan and tanishq plus their diamond rates are very nominal and making charges are very less

I visited first time there today i.e. 2nd October 2022 and got horrible experience.
Firstly they are charging higher rate Rs 325 - per gm
then mkt rate. Further they're charging Rs 1.50% extra on credit card payment which is totally illegal activities. When I opposed this, the staff and owner threatened me.
The concerned authorities should have taken action on this illegal activities.

Initially they honor you but after the order and advanced payment, its owner attitude. "my god" never explained in terms of dishonor.and even staff is very confused and misleading the customer.
I never visit again in future

Every piece of Jewellery is beautiful. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful, who can assist with any type of jewellery you have in mind. Also, very helpful with suggestions and they are able to arrange adjustments as necessary to each individual’s choice. The packaging is very careful and neat.

Just go and try to return something that you have purchased. They will show a different attitude. All commitments fail that time.
Even their purchasing and selling rates of gold have a difference of around 8000 per 10 gram. Nowherw in this universe.
I feel like being cheated.
You Never expected that when purchasing.
This is a clear difference of a local Jewellery shop and a brand.

All that matters to them is money, they'll trap you in their kitty schemes (paying 5000 every month) and after that you'll see an immediate change in their behaviour.
Would recommend you not you shop from them. And i don't belong to any competitor firm, I'm a customer who's suffering by investing my money in their stupid scheme.
