Space Design Group has designed some of the most beautiful buildings such as NABARD, Kolkata and National Insurance Corporation, Kolkata.

Working as an Intern from last 6 month. Atmosphere and culture are awesome. Mentors are helpful and supportive.

The firm displayed a complete lack of project management skills. Deadlines were consistently missed, and when questioned about the delays, they provided feeble excuses or simply ignored the issue altogether. This resulted in significant delays and added unnecessary stress and frustration.

Highly recommended place of work for people who would like to learn and grow. I see a lot of negative comments below, but it seems like all of the negative ones this year are by the same person- posted by new accounts. (New Google accounts)

I have worked in SDG on architecture and urban design projects and have really enjoyed my time. I have worked directly with the principal architect on some very exciting projects. The team is great too.

REASONS TO NOT JOIN THE Space Design Group OFFICE-
1. Pathetic office. Horrible experience.
2. Poor and super TOXIC work culture.
3. NO JOB SECURITY.

5. Long working hours till 9 pm.

Don't even think about about joining this office. Don't visit the indeed Advertisement and think about filling the form. Your life will be ruined. Your time will be wasted. You will be fired from your job without giving any reason and will be insulted. Peon turned HR handles the finances of the office and works as the khabri of the boss. Every 2nd person in the office is "khabri" of the boss. So you have to think before you speak. So simply don't join the office. I am helping you by giving the most honest review possible from my side. If you still join this office then best of luck.

Chindi Boss. Chindi Staff. There is Politics in office. "neebu mehga ho gya, lemon tea nhi bna skte" - Chindi Staff. HR will eat up your overtime and will be proud of himself. Dont think of joining this office. I regret my whole life for joining this office.

I have been associated with Space Design Group since 2010 even though I don’t work there anymore. It’s not just a place to work, but it is community. It was my second place of work and something that has been fundamental in creating my identity today.

There are few staff members who at some point left the organization and have come back after few years. And there’s a reason for it. It is a place which helps you grow.

For me, the foundation of my knowledge in Architecture has been established there- thanks to the continuing guidance I received from the Principal architect who is also the proprietor of the firm. I also developed business development skills, learned how to build client relationships, management skills and a little bit of digital marketing which has helped me to set up a website for another organization in 2013 and my own website in 2017. Exposure to such a wide array of skills is something one doesn’t get in every architecture firm.

I strongly recommend SDG to fresh graduates as they can be assured to be exposed to solid architectural knowledge and many other opportunities if they have the right skills and professionalism towards work the work environment. For experienced architects, if you have a passion and commitment towards your work, you will get the right support you need in this place.

I am impressed by the professionalism, and promptness of this firm. Coordination is important when dealing with changes, as they take place on every project, and this firm was on point every step of the way.

DON'T EVEN THINK OF JOINING AFTER SEEING THE ADVERTISEMENT ON "INDEED". Horrible old Boss. Poor Behavior Staff. Rude Boss. Pathetic OFFICE. If you are thinking of joining this office, DON'T DO IT. You will be fired from your job without any reason and salary will be cut stating the reason you don't know how to work. INCREMENT AFTER 3 MONTHS WILL BE PROMISED BUT BOSS after 3 months WILL START ACTING WEIRD LIKE AN OLD LADY BARGAING FOR VEGETABLES AND SAY "ACCHA NHI H, KAAM NHI ATA". MORE THAN 20 EMPLOYES HAVE left in front of me.you will be forced to do Overtime.you will have to come to the office at 9: 30 but boss comes at 1: 30pm to 2: 00pm, so your day will start from after lunch and will have to stay overtime. In the meanwhile, Boss will keep watch on you enjoying his breakfast through CCTV from his home keeping watch on you between 9: 30 am to 2: 00pm. Best of luck If you still join this office.
