I had extremely smooth experience with spacewood. Piyush and Shubhi have thorough understanding of customer requirement and provided me with apt solution that would fit our requirement and lifestyle. They are not only updated with latest trends and colour combination in kitchen but also have a strong technical knowledge. This resulted in beautiful and functional kitchen.

Fraud company, stay away from them. It’s been 10 months since we placed order and still they have not been able to complete work and now started blackmailing and asking for complete payment even though material and installation not done! Stay away!

Ordered wardrobes 7 months ago and was promised 60 day delivery. Till date not received and whatever is received is not as per design. Pathetic quality. Stay away.

We ordered a wardrobe and one modular kitchen for installation at Moradabad last year
The kitchen was finally installed and unveiled 20 days back. To our dismay and surprise the colour is not that we always told them we wanted, it has come out to be tacky color of blue insetad of the sobre deep blue we always told thrm we wanted. And the shutters are full of cracks, the storage cabinets have different i terior colours. And the fiitings are atrocious. There are so many cracks on most of the shutter and despite personal visit to the store the team is not ready to accept the fault even after showing that the colour seatches are different and secondly their selection was wring when they knew what we wanted
And now we have been blocked from instagram as we were raising our voices

Had a very bad experience with space wood delhi. Please do not waste your time and money buying from here. Highly disappointed.

Extremely unprofessional staff and low quality of work. Got a kitchen from them- scratches everywhere, doors are not levelled properly and gave us the wrong colour. I commented on their Instagram and instead of reaching out, they blocked me. They just know how to fool people.

I got a kitchen from Spacewood and I was shocked to see the quality. Everything was wrong about it. The colour, finish, hinges you name it. All they know is how to take money on time that’s all. Staff is extremely unprofessional and rude, Infact they’re charging us even more to fix the problems they made in the first place. I don’t know how these thieves are running a business like this. They have no respect for hard earned money. Scammers.

Very bad experience regarding service. Lifetime guarantee is fraud. In 4 years time my kichen got spoilt and the shelf sunk, my many complains fell on deaf years, finally after Several months the service man came, took the measurements and charged 1000 Rs.and then vanished. Again after many phone calls he arrived for measurements again. Then (after 8 months) the material came with half the material for change of shelves, then at the last minute they say that you have to arrange for the stone top Mistry and the plumber - now in the last minute it’s impossible to arrange for the same. Can u imagine the frustration I have gone through.please think before you buy

Worst after sales service and installation. They delayed my delivery by a whole year. After which whenever I raise a complain they take at least a month to fix it. Please don't believe a word of what they say.

I have purchased a kitchen from Spacewood, Defence Colony, New Delhi.
Ms Sumita Sinha and her design team helped us walk through options until we finalized one. Good customer handling.
The kitchen components were delivered in cartons of very poor quality, some were 1 or 2 ply, torn and PVC strapping loose. The factory markings on panels was excellent but on cartons was not decipherable.
We signed for 29 packages, received 27 ; balance 2 plus some extra followed later. Understand the logistics had mixed 3 customers consignments in one small LCV!
The installation was capably handled by Anup and briefly but well supervised by competent Mr Bharath who was managing about 30 sites and could thus devote proportionate time.
We received one damaged cabinet and one upper cabinet panel is yet to be delivered. Its now 2 weeks but the two parts are said to be under production. I would request required action be expedited so that our kitchen can be completed.
We are retired senior citizens and feel that your after sales service, packaging and logistics can be certainly pushed up few notches to match your quality products.

My order was handled by Ms. Sumita. She and the whole Spacewood team did an amazing job in conceptualizing and executing the order. No complaints whatsoever.

Been using the kitchen for about 4 years now, I've had a few issues with water damage in the sink area, but the after sales team has agreed to replace the damaged pieces. Its just that you have to chase the after sales team to get the work done sometimes.

Would recommend if you are looking to renovate your kitchen.

The quality of spacewood is best and Mr piyush and his team make me understand the quality of product and he gave me the best service which i appreciate the most.

Highly professional approach by the staff piyush n shubhi with a very versatile product range.

We have had a very good experience with Spacewood. The product is par excellence and are proud of our kitchen. We got our kitchen in 2015 n have not experienced any problems. However a couple of months before the lockdown one of our cabinet doors needed to be replaced (the money for which has been remitted to Spacewood) we are waiting for it to be done when possible. Otherwise all good. N good luck to Sumita (wonderful lady working with company) n to Spacewood!

I got kitchen and wardrobe for 4 bed rooms installed in the month of January, 2019. The product quality and finish that spacewood provides is excellent and i would recommend it to everyone.
Mrs. Sumita along with her team made sure that i got the best services and they were extremely professional. Their work is extremely commendable and every step starting from the discussion of the design went very smoothly.practical and functional advices from Ms Sumita gave us confidence to buy the product from Spacewood. Although there were few challenges during installation, but everything is satisfactory now.
The product Spacewood provides is excellent. They have a wide range of finishes available. I am satisfied and would recommend it to everyone.
