Spectranet MSOC,
Worst Managed Link providing by Spectranet in Vadodara.
Kindly note that we have been facing this link connectivity break issue intermittently since the day first of the link installation (1 month). We have been highlighting this many times but no resolution provided by spectranet team. Moreover, we called the MSOC support team and ask for an escalation matrix or TAT but no TAT or escalation matrix was provided.
This is a very bad experience with Spectranet for such kind of high rental Managed link whose performance is worst and no support from MSOC.
