Worst exprience west of time and money. I sent my material by courier and do NEFT on time but after receiving money and sample they not replyed properly
I have talked more than 10 people from spectro and they give each other number from one weak but no one give update about material testing.

Not happy with the behaviour of the staff. They are not properly trying to capture what actually customer wants. I was told to discuss my requirement with the main in charge of the institute and I was shocked with the unprofessional way he dealt with me and was not giving a minimum respect to a person approaching an institute for a requirement. I really had a hard time when I went there.

Please stay away! I've never had a worse experience with any company. Would give them 0 stars if I could. Their lab staff is extremely arrogant and lazy. Our report was delayed by weeks and in the end were presented with an incomplete report. Spectro is highly unprofessional and complete waste of money.

Worst experience, the staff is very unprofessional.
At first they talk to you nicely, till the payment is received.
Once you are done with payment they show there true colours.
Staff named manoranjan patniak dose’nt even have the courtsey to call back even after seeing so many miss calls.
I couriered them sample on 25th and transferred them the amount for testing, but till 29th i dint get the report.
I had to continously call them and every time the person picking my call was showing that he is unaware about the sample and testing and every time asking which company and what do u need to get tested. The person couldnt even save the number or recognize even after so many calls and has a designation of
GM tech (Mr. Umesh gupta).
His tone was so rude that i controlled my patience as i had to get the reports.
Finally they gave the reports on 29th july in evening as if they did a favour for me.

Would request everyone to just block the company and dont get trapped.
Even after so many complains just see the reply the owner is giving on feedbacks.
Its auto set mailer which is responding to every negative feedback.
Spectro, kindly dont cheat with people and also i have mentioned the names of the staff as i see for every complain you are asking the names of the person who misbehaved.
Kindly save your company from the staff ruining the reputation of your organization.

Worst service only money minded they dont provide service and proper results

Very good facility for all the testing in one roof.all the staffs having very broad knowledge with respect to his testing.

Worst laboratory.delay in providing reports & have many of excuses for not providing it.will never prefer this lab again in my life.

Bad experience, non corporative staff, will not prefer this lab again. Same bad experience with one of my friend too.

Worst laboratory i have ever experienced.

1. Delays & infinite Excuses in providing reports.
2. Unprofessional Team as well working nature.
3. Careless Staff.
4. Rough tone & Bad behaviour towards customers.
5. Non Co-operative.
6. Company working for money not for company's growth or goodwill.
7. You cannot expect good solution to your query/problem.

A BIG "0" ZERO RATING, DON'T DARE TO STEP IN.
WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND ANYONE FOR THIS LAB.

This is fraud company.
Took my friends money in advance.
Cheaters.
Unprofessional
Scamsters.
Poor service.

I how never seen company like this
They claim to best testing company and services.
But reality is what I experienced or customer experience.

Inko jitni gali do inko vo kam h bkl h ek no k jo malik hi aisa h uske employees kaise honge aur company kaise hogi ye to pta hi chal jata h
Itna time jispe ho legally case karne ka aur time waste karne k vo hi yha pe aie aur apne money waste kare.
Even director say file a case I'm already facing 370 cases let's add a one of yours I don't have any problem.
Even if they say they haven't told this I'm having some recordings which proves all of my above statement.
I will not recommened any of my friend or collegue to take their services.

This is a very bad company. Who just knows to exploit and provides the worst service. If the list of the worst service providers in the world is prepared, then it will definitely be the first place in it.

Its a very firm which dont have professionalism that dont value the client & just need the money and using the equipment of clients for their personal need.
As they have made unfair practice with one of my known.
Such a worst staff and firm.

Worst experience by my friend Saurabh Chaudhary as they took money 13 k n still they are giving excuses not stick on their commitment, bad staff n NVR ever recommend to anyone to deal here. Tnx to Saurabh Chaudhary For saving our money
