One of my friend recommend me for sphear clinic for audiometry test and it was great experience with all team members.

I had a wonderful experience here at SpHear. The doctors/ audiologists are most helpful and I am truly glad that I chose this place for getting my first hearing aids. I wish them the best in their endeavours. The tests done here are extremely extensive.

The support staff at our house asked my wife to recommend an ENT specialist for his younger son. She randomly searched and came across SPHEAR CLINIC. Mr. Deepak Thakur introduced the services and shared detailed insights about the therapies and Dr. Neevita Narayan experience.
The initial impression was favourable, and we were able to reserve the time using their incredibly user-friendly appointment management system. Our support staff member's son is now receiving hearing loss rehabilitation from the Sphear Team.

They treated my support staff with respect and without prejudice. I hope her son recovers under the skilled supervision of Dr. Narayan.

Our 2 year old is learning a lot and loves Richa ma'am. The first therapist was not as effective, but now she is growing. It's obvious these staff love children, even the administrative staff welcome every child personally. They have always answered any question we have. I just wish we didn't have to travel so far and multiple times per week. This might be the only reason we stop coming.

I would like to recommend Mr. Samrat. He's one of the best therapist at Sphear. The staff is also good and cooperative. The receptionist Mr. Deepak is also very helpful person.

Visited the Lajpat Nagar Delhi Clinic recently in connection with functioning of hearing aids. The issue was attended promptly and efficiently. Came back fully satisfied with the services provided.

I am visiting a week ago for the first time and my experience was very good receptionist give me a parfect information about the cochlear implant hearings aids coil CP-802 and mic lock.

Have been visiting the Clinic for the last 10 years for follow up related to my son who is a cochlear implantee and my mother who has hearing issues. The expertise of the audiologist and the therapist is commendable. The entire extends all the required support to the patients.

My experience was good. My daughter didn't speak single word but now she speaks full sentences and communicate with others. Thanks to the doctors who help her to stand in front of the world.

Neevita Aunty is one of the best audiologists I have come across in my life. She not only patiently does mapping of my processors and answers all my processor related questions but also acts like a guidance counsellor when it comes to the problems I face as a hearing-impaired individual. She has always encouraged me to excel in all areas of life and bolstered my confidence tremendously. My parents love interacting with her as she puts aside their worries and assures them of my capabilities.

Very bad experience with Ms. Neevita Narayan. She did not explain things properly and was only pushing to buy more hearing devices within 2 minutes of entering the clinic.

Sp hear clinic is one of the worst. I would not take my child anywhere close to it and would also recommend parents to be cautious of these Bol Bachan.

Very bad experience with Neevita Narayan. First of all she was very rude and always looked like as if they are not here for genuinely helping children and their parents.
They have made this clinic into a money minting Business at the cost of small children's life.
Hope they improve and help people rather than misguide them.

A world class Clinic for kids for Hearing and hearing related disabilities. An excellent facility that has been developed keeping in mind the needs of kids.

The sphear clinic provides me the online session, which is very good. There is no barrier in the process of progress of speech therapy of my child. He is getting equivalent class to the off line classes in the online session. The therapist is very much sincere n focused in the session to improve the speech and hearing abilities of my child. I m also learning so many things during these sessions.

Hi, dont know how they got 4* and above, but if you ask ne personally they are here to make money, they will treat you well till the time you are not moving to any other centre. Once you get opinion from some other centre or get the implant done somewhere else, they will treat you rudely and won't help you in your cochlear journey, speacialy Ms. Nivedita Narayan. They dont even sell batteries if implant is done by some other doctor.

I have been visiting here for last four here & found one of the Best center for Audiogram in Delhi. Moreover Audiologist here is very good.

Excellent professional services provided by this clinic, with exceptional staff handling of customers, a five star service I would say.
