Being a sportsperson, physios have become part and parcel of my daily routine. Dr. Neha has never disappointed me and lived upto my expectations every single time. She completes her task at hand with composure and her service top-notch.

I visited the clinic on 10 July 2023. The lady, not professionally dressed, introduced herself as Dr. Neha. She did a consultation which was not required as we had consultation summary from orthopedic surgeon, who had recommended physiotherapy. The consultation summary was never shared.
When physiotherapy session started, I questioned that person who had identified herself as Dr. Neha did not resemble the person as indicated on the website of the hospital, she then informed that she was Arzoo, her name no where mentioned in website or clinic, hence there are doubts on the credentials of the person to carry out consultation and physiotherapy sessions done.
Secondly, the requirement for mandatory consultation is strange. Moreover, the charges, as advised over phone and what was charged are also different.
I will not be visiting again or would recommend anyone to go.

Dr. Neha Kaushik at Sports and Spinal Injury Center is the best Phisiotherapist. She always willing to listen the concerns and takes time to explain the condition and treatment options.
I visited her with severe neck-pain due to extended working hours and I was dealing with that from last 3 years.
She treated me so well that I got relief after 4 - 5 sittings. I completed full course of 2 months due to which I am perfectly fine till now.
She has an outstanding knowledge of her speciality.

Im very thankful to Dr. Neha for the treatment. I was unable to move my shoulder and was extreme pain after Surgery. With her support, within few days, i was able to move my hand and pain also reduced. Session continued for 20 days around.
