My house shifting cartoon box not to deliver in May address in 12days.why

The whole experience is VERY disgusting and if you need to put yourself into similar situation please go ahead and try this group. They are NOT reliable AT ALL.

Worst service, never book by them they don’t pick up calls after recieving money and no place to speak to customer care for missing delivery or any problem.
I have lost my piece and no one to pick up call and I booked most expensive courier service so that my good are delivered safe but the parcel is only missing, what to say.no response from company, those are ho book stop picking up calls, very mentally tortured and they are pure cheaters.

Spot-on's Edu Express has been a blessing for me. Ever since my college opened back in Pune, the shifting process from my home to hostel got a lot easier.

Really satisfied with the services!

An irresponsible company who have misplaced our shipment and have no convincing answer for that

I am highly satisfied with Spoton's delivery services. Being in the glass-making industry, it's very difficult to ensure the safe delivery of fragile items but thankfully Spoton came to the rescue and made sure all the products are being delivered safely. Extremely happy with timely delivery.

There is no contact for any SPOTON person over the internet, I need my consignment on very urgent basis but there is no clie to.whom should i contact.
Poor services

Recently I came across Spoton's Eduexpress services by one of my college friends. Shifting from my hometown to a hostel was a task but Spoton made it seem really simple. All my items were safely delivered on time. Happy with the services!

I booked my shipment from Delhi to Pune and I am glad that Spoton made my entire shipping process way easier than I thought it would be. They gave me proper & quick deliveries. Received items well on time. Highly recommended!

Don't want to give 1 star even.pathetic courier service.company name is Spot-on and they aren't able to find the spot where courier needed to picked.

Staff doesn't know how to speak.they are rude.this company definitely going to shut down soon if people like these are in

Extremely happy with Spoton's Eduexpress services for students. Due to the lockdown, I was facing difficulty in transferring my hostel stuff from Pune to Delhi but with Eduxpress quick and affordable delivery, everything got easy.

I learned about eduexpress while I was searching for logistics companies for students mainly. I was not even sure if there is something that customized for students in India or not.
After the unlocking, I had to run to my hostel with all of my belongings, but spoton made it so much simpler as my vital belongings arrived at the hostel before I did safely

The worst courier service seen in my life.

My booking slip was lost so I contacted Spoton via social media, they gave me a quick resolution along with delivering my consignment on time. The staff was very cooperative and understood my issues clearly.

Booked my shipment from Chennai to Darbhanga. Received the items well on time. The people coordinated with me and kept me posted about all the whereabouts. I recommend Spoton logistics to everyone.

Being a spice merchant, it's very difficult for me to send consignments throughout India without spillage and change in quality. With Spoton, even in the tough Covid times, my business was afloat. I delivered spices even in the remotest villages of Bihar.

I had booked my house hold goods from Bhiwani to Surat all goods having some damage but specifically costly iteam which was lG 32" led screen got damaged. Don't book ur order in this cargo. Very bad service

I received my bicycle yesterday in broken condition. I have informed this to your company employees through whom I had booked this parcel. No one is talking to me. No one is responding to my problems.
I was charged much higher than what you website shows your per kg charges. Even then the service is pathetic. I will never recommend anyone to parcel their stuff from your courier services. The employees don't know how to communicate and you take so much money to deliver damaged products. Worst experience.

My luggage was packed and taken by them on the very first day I inquired about the shifting
I was told the luggage would reach my place in 5-6 working days
It's been 17 days and there's no assured response from them yet

Regarding the payment thing- heights of unprofessionalism
I was quoted the amount I agreed
But then the person who will come and pack your belongings will take 200 rs from you
And you won't hesitate because it's 200 rs

Then the person within 2 days of collecting your belongings will ask you to make the payment

And here, read carefully- they will add 18% IGST for inter-state movement which you were never told about
And some % Doscet will be charged above that.
This is sheer Unprofessionalism, I was using such service for the first time, he should have told me taxes are not included in the amount quoted.

But delivery boys did great job.replace manager to delivery boy and delivery team will get manager post.bcz delivery boys r well behave well manners.

Worst Service, For Last 16 days we are regularly trying to get our parcel but no one pick the phone, if someone pick, they will give you New number to contact. Never use Spot on services

I had to Drop 4 Heavy Boxes 4 Kms away from pickup point by myself to your VAN.  

Van Driver was not Courteous and was intimidating us with no pickup.  

I had to take the FBA Appointment.  

Till now for a mere 22 km intracity delivery which probably takes 2 days no delivery is carried out.

. Withheld shipment for Rs. 8 less transfered even when i transfered as per their pi.

Worst service.

I have done my transportation of household goods by Fast India Cargo company who then forwarded the same to spot on.

They will hand your goods over to a spoton company, for cheap costs. However these guys will return your goods completely damaged.
I have my goods damaged complete, so thought this information will save you from choosing these guys.
