Springwel Mattress - Ghitorni

Bought mattress from them with 10 years warranty. After 1.5 years started having issues. For the last 2 months calling them on a daily basis but no response. Very bad place. Will not recomend to anyone.

Mattress, Springwell Gloria, worth Rs. 24000 showed dent within 1.5 years and their service was extremely poor. On learning I had a medical issue and was bed ridden, they shared I should have changed my positions rather than lying down the same way! Anyway, the enthu they had at the time of selling the mattress was completely different to how they are dealing with the services now. They keep promising that the mattress will be repaired in a couple of days and then days pass by without them sending anyone to collect the mattress and then every time you call, they say in another 10,15 or 30 mins they will call you back with an update! Days go by this way. If at all we say this is not how things should be and say we will take it up at our end, the person on the other end behaves adamantly as if they are doing us a huge favour by doing what they are supposed to do! Anyway, it took us 2 weeks to reach them and another week passed by for them to repair, not sure when it will be finally repaired. Would strongly advise against considering Springwell Ghitorni!

STAY AWAY. We got a Gloria mattress worth 26k from the store. The mattress sagged within 1.5 years of use. The mattress is supposeedly covered by 5 years of warranty. None of the phone numbers work When I was able to get though, they sent someone to take measurements of the sag and I was told, I should have not have used the bed as much. The technician never followed up or returned to repair the mattress.

Pathetic after sale service. Please don’t buy from this store. They never even acknowledge your problem with the mattress.

Ur team does not deliver product and how u all dont have any seniour person in team, Ur store manager says you only have to speak to me and no one else will speak. So basically if there is a complaint there is no way to escalate and we need to deal with ur unpolist and arrogant store managers.

Springwel has come like magic to my life. The mattresses are so comfortable and cost-effective. I now realize how important it is to get good sleep to stay healthy and rejuvenate the whole day.

I recommended only Springwel mattress because better than other company every think mattress or accessories.
