If you want to lose your money, spoil your trip, get abandoned and deal with goon tempo driver and owner, go ahead and book services from this company. We had no issues with the booking (screenshot attached) of 9 seater tempo traveler, we started the trip from Delhi and the first alarm from the tempo driver when he denied our request to stop at Sukhdev and stopped at a dhaba at his will. We thought it as one off and moved along and let him decide the eateries. All fine with a few arguments about AC on hills which we sorted as we reached Kasol, now when we returned from Kheerganga trek / yatra, driver denied coming to a point where all taxis were parked and we had to trek uphill on a pitch road to reach to where tempo was parked, at this point, after an exhausting 25 km trek, we had heated argument with the driver (Anand), now calls were being exchanged between owner, booking partner, driver and us. Things were not looking good and driver decided to go to the taxi union nearby and he narrated that we assaulted him and grabbed his collar which was totally false and union asked us to leave without tempo and our bags and pay driver which we argued and settled up, but at the end and all the efforts, driver gave our bags and left us at the trek finish point and no money was refunded and we booked another tempo from Kasol to Delhi. Now we don't have energy to file a legal case and never going to book any tempo in my life.

Fraud. Took 5,000 as advance and asked more and more money on day of travel (total of 22,000) and finally Cab didn't turn up.

One of the worst vehicle provider!
We hired 12 seater tempo traveller for 7 days of our trip and we are so unlucky that they provided us very uncomfortable vehicle. On the way vehicle puncture and they don’t have extra tyre with air. How careless they are? They said luxury mean pushback of seats are not working. In 2 seats handle is missing. TV was not working at all.
Driver is not fully knowledgeable at all.
Even on 1 day he welcomed us with alcohol bottle in vehicle. We don’t want ruin our trip so we don’t ask anything but this is not way to drink alcohol and put others life on risk.

Service of the bus was very excellent it was totally neat and clean like a brand-new ride out of the showroom
Bus driver was a professional And he was handling the ride with care on mountains
Also he was very cooperative with everything

Worst ever experience from this agency, driver threatened us and left in kasol Valley alone.specially guy name Anand urf John, such a cheat that cannot tell his real name.

Will stop whereever and whenever driver wants even at shabby/ dirty place also very rude while talking.

Also will not take care of ur comfort adding to having personal issues with amrik sukhdev, I think because of his cheat behavior

Had loss of around 10000 Rs.

Beware of such frauds never book anything from this agency.

The bus was so comfortable and the driver was so well behaved and trained.
Most importantly i will suggest traveller to go on trip on this mini bus as this bus is so terrific and bus includes all the facilities at affordable rates.

Worst driver. Left us halfway.

We booked the tempo for travelling to Kasol. After few hours driver started treating us as we are on a school picnic.

He didn’t played music on hills.
He did not start AC on hills.
He wasn’t confident driving on the hills.
He had sleeping issues.

Then argument started neither driver nor the booking owner sorted the thing. Making it worst he left us in the Kasol.
We managed our way back to Delhi on our own.

NO REFUND + Harassment

LEFTUS AT HALF WAY. SERVICE DENIED

Everything went wrong with the tempo traveller, the driver was rude and wouldn’t listen to our requests. No AC or fans on hills, refrain from going or taking us to places where every other vehicle was going.
Pathetic service.
PS: Please don’t provide drivers who haven’t driven on hills for hill rides.

Hired a tampo traveller 12 seater for Himachal trip. Experience was good with booking team as they arranged the vehicle in emergency case for me in very short duration. Driver was good and entire trip went fine for us. They delivered the service what they shown while booking.

Worst trip we ever had from day 1 till the day we arrived back home dangerously in a bus with no viper on rain lashing day. The driver was rude and threatened to leave us midway, bus was in a bad shape, least responsive and zero customer care.

It was a great experience in shimla with my friends. The driver amd car service was very good. He was very patient and well mannered. He was staying just like a brother. Hotel room was also good. It was well organised and proper help was given at time we needed.
Would definitely want to have next trips with mr.shubham only.
