Very bad services provided by hospital specialy CT angiography I am Army officer taking leave for 2days for full body medical checkup and some suggested for this hospital but very bad services till 3: 50 pm npo for further investigation staff again again say doctors came in 2 min 2 min they behave me like this so what i suggested for next and no any timing for doctors coming everything delay this is my first and Last experience for this hospital very bad services over all

Miss Kumud Tuli from the nephro department is quite cooperative and helping. She is very prompt with her tasks and queries.

My mom got admitted in Balaji action hospital. Dr Nikhil gupta is a highly skilled surgeon. He along with his team operated my Mother.he is very polite and understanding. And a special thanks to Mr PRINCE PAWAR who guided and helped us from the first day till last day in hospital.hospital atmosphere is good. Staff is cooperative.hygiene level is well maintained.would surely recommend This hospital and Dr Nikhil with his team.

Although hospital service is really good they take care of their patient with honestly but few of staff like SICU SHILPA was really worst. She actually abused there patients and misbehave with the them, I also put complaint to management team, Shilpa is like Black spot for the hospital, her abusive behaviour and careless behaviour for the patient is not going to tolerate by anyone so kindly take action against her and do investigation.

He is professional, efficient, and listens intently to my concern. He always takes the time to explain any diagnosis or treatment in details and his warm ans caring nature helps to ease any worries I have. Customer care service on phone is very poor and rude sometimes even phone doesn't attend.mostly senior doctors available in private OPD and general & panel OPD drive by juniors.

I went to this hospital 2 months ago with my Mom for my surgery. Initially, we were very doubtful and were very scared, to be honest, because of the situation that we were in, but the staff and the doctors, especially Dr Arindam Mukherjee (General Surgeon) and his team of talented and experienced doctors were very helpful (Spl. Thanks to Dr. Akshay and Shiv Kumar). They helped us in calming and gaining confidence in the process that followed. I can't be thankful enough to the entire department. They have not only provided expert medical help but have been very supportive to us in every way to make us comfortable. I have absolutely no complaints and am completely satisfied with all the attention received.

My experience is pathetic. Senior doctors are not easily accessible n junior doctors are always in a hurry. Nurses are highly untrained n hv attitude problem. Inspite being in a private room no proper housekeeping family is available. I wud not recommend this hospital to any of my friend.

A pipeline is leaking below OPD office and it it drenching on us and who are standing in queue. It is better to repair pipeline as soon as possible otherwise more 1 star review are coming.

Everything is ok except management of registration counters and radiology department. Much needs to be done to improve the performance of these areas of concern to all the patients.

Third class hospital even security people was saying please go to Maharaj aggression hospital they do better treatment. Main security incharge of balaji action hospital say these words.yaha per logo ki insaniyat khatam hogaye sharam aani chaiye.

I spent (1200, for pvt opd-dr Rohit bishnoi) and 4100 (laryngoscopy). And yet had to patiently Wait for 2 hrs before my no. Came.

I wanted advice for severe throat pain. I was suffering from one week.the doctor didn't give much time.and repeated the medicines I was already taking (which were of no help) after spending RS 5600.and a whole day.am still in pain.

I suggest don't go by big names and spend money.but find a proper doctor!

Also many staff member s and VIPs (?) Keep pressurising the doctor to see their family members (in Pvt opd). Thus doctors don't give patient hearing to others.

Pvt opd is of no use.takes 2 to4 hrs.
Worst than gen opd.

My grandmother is admitted in Action Balaji only because of Dr Rajul and also because it is near to my house.
Otherwise not a single service is satisfactory

The wards are so smelly
The nurses at the 4th floor nursing station near room number 4160 are so noisy. They use filthy language while communicating with each other. Priyanka Pooja these are few nurses who have no sense of professionalism.

Seriously all these needs to be addressed otherwise in no time this hospital will be rated amongst the worst. Nurses themselves are not wearing masks.sitting on chair with legs rested on table.

HR needs to look into grooming standards.

Worst Quality Service. I have come first according to time but in ptivate OPD but the nurse argured and saying it is not necessary.
What a fool they are making, what it means to mention time in the receipt if you are not making queue according to time even the Doctor had not come.

Very bad hospital. My father suffering from cancer in 2017 and he died after suffering from that diseases. They charges only higher fees but they don't care about your financial condition. Totally time and money both wasted in this hospital.

I visited the Balaji Action Hospital on 17/8/21 for consulting a Urologist in OPD. I got my registration at 8.43 AM.after paying fee of Rs 150/-. The OPD timing is 9 AM to 11 AM. I was waiting for Dr. Outside his chamber but no Dr.is turnout, after waiting half an our I asked the duty staff about the Dr. She told that dr.is in OT and willcome at 10 am but upto 10.30 no Dr.came in the chamber. It is very unprofessional attitude of hospital

Very bad experience, They do surgery and remove only half of the stones from kidney and second time when we visit after 15 days for follow up and they say that some stones are left so you have to admit for surgery and the expenditure that they take for the first surgery is more than twice as compared to other hospitals.

It's bad to say about d hospital due to d fault of a duty Doctor. But Dr Saurabh, a duty Doctor, for Room No 3006 dt 28/08/2021, he don't even know how to behave with a patient/attendent and also about other doctor. So feeling very bad. But Dr Manisha Jain, Dr Rohit Vishnoi are superb.
