I visited the store with my friend in the evening today and my friend had requested to video call her mom to approve of the dress she was interested in purchasing. To this, the salesgirl misbehaves with us on denying to video call. I asked her to call the manager to address this issue and she continued to argue further on this matter with me. It is so disappointing to see a store like yours to have such a bad customer service and salesgirls who don’t treat customers well as if we were there to shop for free. If we are willing to make a significant purchase, we expect to be treated in the same manner in return. The staff is really arrogant and don’t really care about the sales and don’t even help to choose an outfit and suggest alternatives.

The owner and staff are so insecure that they don't allow video calls for parents or friends to show the chosen dress. Instead, they request payment upfront and finalize the dress selection before allowing you to share it with your parents for approval.
Such unprofessional.

Unprofessional, unfriendly and a store with scamster policies. They abuse customer rights with their pressure tactics, make you invest your time and force you to make full payment (against the trade practices), offer leas discount then it is mentioned in the rack, charge you for alteration and call all of it their policies despite nowhere in their premise it has a mention. They want customer to trust their words but dont trust customer who is paying for the product. Never visit them.

Stumbled upon this shop while looking for bridal lehengas in Pitampura. The whole team at Srikriti was lovely through the entire process and helped in recommending lehengas without pressuring us to make a decision on the spot. We purchased 3 lehengas from their Pitampura showroom for our wedding occasions and they delivered all lehengas within a reasonable time (quick turnaround for our flight back to NYC) & were quick to accommodate any questions and requests.

Will definitely visit back in the future!

Worst ever experience, better to go somewhere else. They don't know how to treat their customers.

Amazing collection… the staff is very cooperative and patient.

The fitting was 99% perfect in the first trial.

If there a negative rating…i would have assigned that to Srikriti…
a. The young chap at the billing counter, Tanav or something like that, needs to learn customer relationship management first…just carrying an ipad in ur hand doesnt make u entitled to blow your own trumpet
b. They charge the full payment for the outfit as well as alteration fees (who asks for alteration fee) and all if it in advance.c. They have cheap copies of Amit Aggarwal and Gaurav Gupta at their store which they boast about.d. They are horrible with the alteration work.
Avoid stepping into this horror store

Like a normal marketing guy they are concerned for selling the product by promising to make changes in the dress and make it ready to wear (in the name of alteration)
When you will arrive on the date of collection, they would excuse for so many hidden charges that are generally part of alteration. Making excuse that we haven't written it on the payment slip.
My bad that I purchased from here.

Alteration department is horrible.
They changed zip three times a day and even then it was of inferior quality and not working properly.
It took nearly three hours for waiting.
Real torture.

No after sales. They will use honey coated words to click a sale but once the money is paid they change in secs.
Owner although a young champ but is very arrogant and rude. No perfect tailors and completely false commitments

They have such an amazing collection I just am lucky that I found them on Instagram will surely visit them once with my mother she totally loved the the collection and I am in love with those gowns you have such an amazing and awesome collection one should visit you once and I am sure they will not regret it. My sister’s lehenga was done quite well, and most importantly on time. She loves it! Id totally recommend

Although the collection is nice, but customer service is worse. The salesman agrees to alter all the things at the time customer is buying, but does not do the alteration as expected. They take full payment of clothes in the first go.
There was a difference of 2-3 inch in all the outfits we bought, the tailors were cooperative till some point, but show attitude after 2-3 trials.
At first, we thought it was just me but almost all the customers sitting for trials were facing similar problems.

The collection is good and there staff is very polite
Pihu is the delivery girl who will help you with all the alteration related solutions and the master is also very talented he will give you the best fitting

We bought the gown for our daughter's sangeet ceremony from Srikriti, Kohat Enclave. The experience was great. The collection of outfits in every price range was vast. After assessing our requirement and taste, the team at Srikriti provided very valuable and expert suggestions that helped us in deciding on a beautiful and elegant outfit.
On the day of trial, the fitting was perfect, but we later decided to get a few more alterations done. The team at alteration section was excellent. Ms Pihu, a very pleasant young lady, deserves special mention. She helped us very patiently while we deliberated upon various options to get the required look. She was then joined by a fine gentleman Sh RK ji, who patiently listened to our requirement and provided excellant suggestions. The personal yet professional touch in their interactions with us was very comforting. Our thanks and gratitude to both as they helped us in finalizing the alterations. Very promptly, the required changes were made and the outfit was delivered the very next day.
All in all, an excellent experience! Planning to visit again for other outfits needed for the occasion!

Worst Staff, no customer dealing at all.
Collection is great, but u can get same collection in vastrachowk and bombey selection in less price.

Extremely annoying and ill-mannered staff. My mother went to Srikriti to buy lehenga but the staff refused to show it to her and the so called Manager misbehaved with my mother.

Bought a gown for my engagement, they couldn't give me proper fitting even in the fourth attempt. Their tailor destroyed my original piece by cutting the armhole too much. I suggest to get fitting by yourself or be prepared to keep visiting the outlet several times to get a good fit.

Has a wide variety of lehngas though a bit less in style but worth checking out. Also the prices are variable as some pieces are too expensive while others are affordable.

Best collection. You can't come out empty hand.unique designed not common which you can get at every other shop.

All the lehengas that were less than 20k was mot good and lehengas above 20k were good. They have a limited collection but has variety of designs. Go for it if you want something different.
