I visited there before some days for ultrasound and staf is very helpful and dr is osm and very understanding

I have been coming here for 5 years, the doctors and staff here are very good and the treatment is also very good, the fees are also normal.

Visited for ENT
First, they will charge you to check (Rs. 300)
Then they will send you for an x-ray (Rs. 900) or something and charge you again
Then they will give you medicine for 7 days (Rs. 600)
After 7 days with the slight improvement the whole process repeats again

Total spending - Rs. 1800
-

Visited again, and this time my nose x-ray was free the rest of the charges remained the same (300)

The ear is not 100% fixed yet, got medicine for another 7 days (Rs. 500) so giving one more star for the improvement

Total spending till now - Rs. 2600

My issue still continues after two weeks, I still have trouble hearing clearly from my ear.

My ears were full of dirt/ wax and I was not able to hear properly, there was a doctor named Swati Singhal and in few minutes they removed the earwax and fixed it without any pain.
& their service is very friendly, staff are very polite,

I visited here for neck USG during my pregnancy, the doctor was super humble and answered my queries repeatedly. I was panicking due to my neck pain however the doctor advised and guided me into the right direction. The staff was very cooperative, I forgot a document there which I collected almost after 10-15 days and they did not misplace it. The scan prices are also affordable. Unlike other clinics these days, this clinic doesn't proactively asks anyone to review them, it's a genuine review and hence I strongly recommend this clinic.

My Feedback is related to High Charges/fees. Not related to the treatment.

The first look you get from outside is just like a budget/charitable hospital. But the story is totally different.
The hunger/appetite for money can be seen in both staff as well as doctors.

I went to the hospital to seek ENT to clean ear wax.
You won't believe, they asked for ₹1,300/- for cleaning the ear wax initially.
₹300/- consultation fees (This fee is just to reach the doctor) & talk with him/her.
₹500/- to clean ear wax of one ear & ₹ 500/- to clean ear wax for the other.
On raising the issue & on being louder, they took me to the doctor to obelise the charges that were asked from me. The doctor said that the charges were genuine. She charges around ₹ 2,000/- in other hospitals like Batra Hospital. You can see my degree, I have spent a lot on them, the instruments are very costly. If you don’t like you can seek a MBBS Doctor or Govt. Hospital. They may/can even cause you injury, as they may not ENT specialist like me.
Later she said, I will give you a special discount & charge ₹850/- for both the ears. A decision will be yours’s.
On returning to the counter the staff again started to ask for ₹300/- for consultation fees. They said that doctor has discounted on the ear’s not consultation fees.
I asked them to return my ₹850/- which I paid them as per wordings of the doctor (₹1,150/- (₹300+₹850) huge amount to clean ear wax).
They again went to the doctor & agreed to clean the wax @₹850/- for both ears.

Moral:
Do the doctor/workers want to get return of all their investments related to studies or instruments as soon as possible & enjoy their life without thinking of others.
Are not their moral duties to keep genuine charges for the treatment.

Suppose, a labour earns around ₹600 to ₹800 working a day, his whole earning will go in cleaning his ear wax or need around two days earning to clean ear wax.
I just want to request/say all the doctors that, their investment is genuine but it can be earned in due course of time then making burden on patients.
Please help patients who are overburdened due to low earnings.

No doubt the Dr treated well within 5 Minutes.

Dr. Swati Singhal is an excellent Doctor and an individual. Always smiling and ready to answer any number of queries.

Very intelligent doctor for ultrasound.i have stomach pain since 3 month but never find what is problem.but i came here for ultrasound and Dr. Sanjeev Singhal done my ultrasound and find what is problem.one palace for many treatment like ultrasound, ENT, Ortho, Eye, Dental, Gynie.nice staff and hospital.

Worst service, this hospital operates two branches in chattarpur but in my case both are like fake hospitals, i got a deep cut in my finger and my hand was full of blood, in first branch a nurse told me please go soon to the next branch their you will get treatment but when i reached next branch their were 2,3 nurses standing, i told them this thing happened they called a guy he told me right now only eye doctor is available, so we are unable to give you treatment, i told its fyn but atleast provide first aid to me so that blood will stop but he rejected to do so.they have so many employees but not even a single guy know how to do simple dressing.they have not provided even first aid which is basic rule of every hospital.
