A very good place for party and wedding functions. The vatika is very spacious and located at very good place. It is situated on 28 ft. And road near Paparawat road. The Vatika has a very good parking facility also.

Vatika is big enough and open but situated on the small road. Also parking space is limited but there is a street adjacent to it to park your vehicles.

Outer vatika road is also very conjusted and very frequently get jammed and make it very difficult to come and go.
Lots of vatika on same road.
Inner side is good and large spacious garden.
Separate space for food and Separate space for dj and all sitting space.
Rooms are also available for organizers.
Altogether good for conducting a big function

The place is quite large approx gathering for 1000+ people.
* Well cleaned
* Proper decoration
* Sufficient space for bride & groom.
* Availablity of seperate washrooms for gents and ladies.
* sufficient space to park motor vehicles.
And as all know I am writing this during Covid, hence I found proper sanitisation equipments here.it is the best part I found.

Nice and fulfilling Party Lawn at old Khaira road. Although the location is not that good as there remains huge Rush on days when there are too many marriages on a particular day but it has parking facility available that not all vatika has around this place

Placed in a secluded area far away from metro and no public conveyance such as rickshaw or auto available.good thing- they have toilet.bad thing- those toilets were extremely dirty.

Desirable for Open Space Functions. Basic Amenities are present like Washroom, 2 Rooms are also there. Biggest Drawback: Proper Parking is not Available.

Very cunjusted road, road condition also not good. Water logging outside the Garden.
