My Experience at ST. Froebel School
I commenced my position as a TGT English teacher on the 3rd of July, primarily due to its proximity to my residence, which facilitated easy commuting.

However, upon joining, I was unexpectedly assigned to teach social science to class 6 and 7, despite being promised that I would eventually teach 9th standard. Additionally, just two days later, I was asked to take on the responsibilities of teaching English to classes 3,4, and 5.

As an educator with five years of experience as both a TGT and PGT English teacher, this assignment was not aligned with my expertise and qualifications.

Furthermore, the organizational structure at ST. Froebel School proved challenging to navigate, with No Academy coordinators to report to,
and a pervasive atmosphere where all staff members were under the direct supervision of multiple individuals.
Teachers there move like zombies … overall environment appeared toxic, with minimal camaraderie among teachers and a lack of basic courtesy and greetings.

On the 6th of July, I was called for an interview by the School Director, which I found unusual since I had already been appointed to my role.

During the interview, I was taken aback when the Director Ms Vibha Tyagi delved into my personal background, making unprofessional remarks about the school I attended. As a firm believer that one's educational background does not define their capabilities as a teacher, I was deeply disappointed by such comments.

Moreover, the working conditions at ST. Froebel School were disheartening. The absence of a designated staffroom and proper seating arrangements for teachers is concerning!

Regrettably, the culmination of these challenges led me to make the difficult decision to resign from my position on the 13th of July without providing prior notice. I simply could not endure the ongoing humiliation and the toxic atmosphere any longer. Though the school informed me that my salary for ten days would not be provided, I was willing to accept this loss in exchange for my peace of mind.

However, the school's decision to withhold my 10th-grade certificate for a month is deeply troubling. I believe that personal documents should not be subject to withholding based on an employment contract.

I respectfully request that the appropriate authorities investigate this matter and ensure the return of my personal documents without further delay. Additionally, I implore the school to reconsider its approach to creating a more respectful and supportive environment for teachers

St. Froebel school is one of the best school in West delhi. As teachers of this school takes so much pain with each and every student. I am sending my twins to this school, and I am really very greatful to all the staff of this school to make my children a better human being.

School is very good teacher is help full and coprative my daughter enjoy the study and she very happy to going school

The way teachers teaches important qualities like disciplane, mutual respect and obedience along with acedemic is really important. This shows all the efforts teachers put in. Since we have started the school, everyday our daughter has a story to share. This shows all the efforts teachers put in. The teachers have been fantastic, always smiling and ready to assist. Our daughter has always been motivated to participate in various activities and encouraged enough for participation irrespective of her winning or not. This has made our job as parents easier. Has been wonderful experience so far.

Students are provided a tense free environment.
Here cleanliness in all aspects is a priority.
Teachers are dedicated and approachable. They put 100% efforts in ensuring, that the children get the best.
Feedback is taken seriously and positively.
I thank Miss Simran and Miss Payal for their continuous focus and time given to the children. Best of Luck and keep up the good work.

Amazing school. First day was little mismanaged but after that really nice experience. Teachers are very kind and helpful. They are working hard on kids.

Lovely school, thank you so much to all teacher and Rajee madam for all the timely update and taking such good care of the children. It has always been great to see our lil ones doing such creative all round the year these type of activities have helped them to open up mentally and physically.

During the COVID pandemic situation also, the school handled the classes very well and hats off to all the teachers and the management staff for the extra efforts they put in providing the best education to the kids.

Neat, disciplined, well maintained with all facilities. I visited for admission to my child. Their well maintained campus exhibits how minutely they care.

They prepared my children in a very good manner so that they could adapt to any situations. They always enjoy going to school. Teachers are friendly, they always clarify the queries.

The school has a very good infrastructure, good faculty, well managed school bus facility and the school management staff also is very kind enough to reply to any of queries you put across.

with amazing teachers specially in senior secondary commerce sections but poor infrastructure.

This is a great school which focusses on child centric education. The teaching and administrative staff is outstanding. They emphasize on fitness and creativity. The school is very involved in the extra curricular activities. Effort is made towards learning for the students.

School has a huge playground and other sports too. Good for children for studies as well as sports

What a beautiful school,
The hygiene over here is A1 I literally found no complaints here. The well managed staff won my heart and the pretty school is always my favorite.

My experience till now is very bad with School. I do not see any person taking responsibility of task they are given. I would like School to go through this feedback and try fixing there internal issues, else as parents we have to look for options for our children.

Raging kaur principal of the school is extremely rude ill mannered she says whatever may happens to your ward I am not responsible she says I have coordinators I will not see u and when I insisted she met me and insulted says I'm not answerable to u on anything. The school and staff is very abusive and shouts on parents my experience is very bad wish I can give ratings in -ve

I have given a lot of exams in different schools, but this school is the best in terms of support and convenience. Easy to reach too.
