I did international transfer from your internet banking but my beneficiary haven't got money which is the worst part. After that i got my money back with 5200 deductions and customer care is not helping at all.i am going to put all my money in another bank

Worst service of this branch.

Last Friday I've submitted a form in this branch in which I've written my new number has to be linked with my bank account.because I've lost my old number but no response yet and my number is not yet changed!

Poor service!

Submitted a closure request and no update yes been 7 days. Staff was slow in the process and asked me to leave.

They take 20 mins atleast to solve 2min query of customer. Extremely unhelpful people. Sarkari job waale haal. They keep everyone waiting and work like snails.

I have 2 cards. One with Standard chartered bank and another with American Express. Unfortunately American Express isn’t a bank and hence I have to use pathetic and incapable services of standard chartered bank.

Please save yourself the trouble and your valuable time and not resort any services from this bank branch. Either their systems are slow and full of flaws or their employees are incapable of providing good services. Either way you would be left hanging in the middle without the details of why your services are taking so long to be processed and completed.

I usually don’t resort to giving negative feedback ever. But the amount of stress I have faced in the past 2 days warrants for such review. Hopefully this helps the other people.
