Awful internet connectivity issues over six months which were never fully resolved. Connection failed multiple, multiple times per day. Team attentive but finally stopped complaining as never resolved

Most horrible experience of my lifetime. Pathetic speed and intermittent.
The lady on support call just ignores the complaint and has the audacity to say everything is working fine. The owner once asked me to come to his office and tell whats the problem. Such egoistic person! The only reason they still surviving is that there's no Jio Fibre or Airtel Fibre and also mobile signal is weak in this area because of which people can't even use their hotspot. Whatever nice comments you see here are fabricated and planted.

Worst connectivity i have every seen. Rk puram sector 8 new delhi. Internet just get cut every second day and the operator wont pick the calls instead they keep the line bzy for hours and still no response. I request everyone not to subscribe this connection u will regret

No one received my call while I am calling last 4 hrs.and I am facing issues that internet is not connecting.

Really poor customer service. Wifi speeds are very fluctuating and they take a lot of time to repair their "wires" which gets destroyed each month. Not worth it for the money. And anyways Jio is coming

The most Pathetic internet service in vasant vihar. Firstly you have to call them atleast 2 days a week complaining that the internet is not working. Secondly, calling is a big task, no one picks and wven if someone picks they have no solution to your problem. Your internet will suddenly stop working at midnight and till next day till the time you dont call them they’ll not start it. I don’t recommend them at all.

Most Horrible broadband connection ever. Every poster says 'High speed unlimited internet' Wow 0kb/s is too high. They don't know what internet means.

A Total Waste Of Everything. The Cable Doesn't Work On Rainy Days And It Takes Almost A Week To Get These People Repair The Issue.

Normal Internet Speed In KBs. Reaches About 1MB Only After 2am. For Someone To Use Their Internet Have To Wait For The Night.

If There's Had Been Rain, Please Arrange For Any Other Means For Using Internet And Cable TV. They Can Postpone The Repair, However The Payment They Needs On Time.

I’ve been a subscriber for over 3 years, from a time when they were the only ones offering broadband over optical fiber cable (MTNL and Airtel used telephone lines back in 2015/16).

The speed is decent for the price and the service is excellent.

Whenever there’s an issue, their technicians are prompt at addressing it within 2-3 hours in most circumstances, even when it involves visiting my premises.

Very poor service I never comment on these things but it has been two days I m calling den at first they were picking the call but didn't send any technician nd now they are not even picking up the call worst service I don't want other people find in this

Very poor service. Continuously since 2 month the connection is fluctuating too much. So finally decided to remove this connection, which i should done earlier.

It destroys my all computer parts due to current supplied in internet cable and never accept his fault. I will do FIR against this company. They never response by phone or message and behave like a goondas. I spent all my salary income on my computer due to their fault.
