Very bad experience. Receptionists are very rude and not give correct information about the test. They charged very high price for a test. They misdirect the patients

This lab has no value for people's time. They don't have the responsibility for timings of their staff coming to the lab. Made me wait for about 2: 30 hour for just an MRI because their staff and technician was late.

Visit here for MRI head in 45 minutes procedure and report done highly recommend best diagnostic center

Star imaging centre at Karol bagh is one the good diagnostic centre I ever visited. They are very helpful, service is good. They are very punctual. Everything was on time.they called me and reports were given on time by the front office staff to me. Thank-you.

Been lucky enough to recieve awesome experience with this centre located at pusa road as they have all the required machines. Had to go through various tests for my mother and myself. All went well smoothly with minimum wait time. Special thanks to the ladies handling reception Kritika and Priya. Good job.keep it up.

I visited Star Imaging for my daughter' MRI, She was very scared but the staff was very helpful and cooperative specially the staff of front desk was very polite and down to earth, they explained everything very briefly. I am thankful to them. Do visit the star imaging centre.

This is a good testing centre at pusa road. They have all major testing equipment for MRI, CTSCAN, ULTRASOUND, HEART TEST, LIVER TEST, TB TEST AND many more.we called the outlet in advance and luckily there were no waiting at the centre. The centre staff is good.
We got freed in an hour. The prices of test at this outlet is lesser than nearby hospitals.

They also have multiple branches in Delhi.

Very good services and reports are awesome. I got diagnosed my mother after many repeat studies at many places. Thanks now she has recovered.

This is not a good lab for mri. Ask for waiting time 30 minute but not a 30 minutes it's 4 to 5 hours waiting time. If you are free then go to this lab poor experience this lab

The staff is the worst. The radiologist for CT Scan Dr Shraddha is the worst i have seen in years. She tortured the patient while installing a cannula. The patient got bruised arms with extreme pain. Worst experience. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.
