Give this guy Dhanraj a raise! I was mesmerized with his attitude and passion he carries towards his work. Starbucks never felt better thanks to this man.

Terminal 3 is a great and very unique store of Starbucks in all over India, I feel a gentle vibes here.

Starbucks outlet in Delhi T3 departure terminal is a good place.

Space available is in adequate.
Service offered here is ok.
Snacks and drinks meets the quality of Starbucks.

The space provided is not suitable for spending time on work and chats.

Have visited several starbucks in the past few years, for the first time ever had a very horrible experience. The barista Satish is extremely rude to women and does not at all seem like a starbucks cultured employee. There were also cockroaches on the counter which a customer pointed out to him and which he did not pay heed to. Very dismissive while taking our order and also while billing us. People like this are spoiling the name of the brand.

Just landed in terminal 3 Delhi Airport was so hungry and saw star bucks which looked lit and open even Google says open but the gentleman behind the counter told me it's shut. Funny part airport staff just told me the dude is lazy and is lying. So I confronted him because there was heaps of good food I could see at the display counter, his rebuttal was all the food is expired and they will change it at 7 in the morning. Really shameful if he just lied to us

Either the staff is slow or the manager is inconsiderate towards the long que of customers.it happens every time.as soon as costa or a competitor opens this should be stripped down.pathetic

Coffee and food were very good, while I was place my order same time I request I need my bill, even 3 time I requested for my Coffee bills, but after 45 minutes I received my bills.

Awful sitting area, dirty with waste lying everywhere, sitting area trash on every table. Food looked stale and non consumable

Lovely little joint at the airport, stafff is very courteous, generally a small line so easy to grab your order if you are in jiffy to go the gates. Picked up starbucks merchendize for gifting purpose. Overall, good experience.

As usual, everyone loves the atmosphere of Star bucks, quite classy n expensive. I went in to taste coffee. Quality was awesome. Better than any other coffee cafe.

Outstanding. It is good to take a coffee and wait in the departure lounge here. Now they have opened even for people arriving into T3.

The best coffee experience happens when you visit any Starbucks coffee outlet. This one is located at T3, Indira Gandhi International Airport and it's very beautiful. You can sit in the cafe or outside and enjoy their best coffee. The customer service is very friendly and happening also quick. About taste of the Starbucks coffee, everyone knows it.

Dissatisfied with the lack of wifi at this location of Starbucks and the price of a cup of coffee is very high, even for an airport location.

Worst experience i ever had at starbucks.the lady didn't serve me only bcz i didn't have indian rupee however i wanted to pay by american dollars. She said she cant accept as i have an indian pasport.
I am living in canada for last 2 years, therefore i was not carrying indian currency. How is it justified?

Its always over whelming experience. Indian Starbucks are okay or just okay as experience we have in Malaysia, US and UK. But okay for. Indian cuatomers

Obviously 5 Stars, because it is Starbucks. A nice cup of coffee Is your best buddy at IGI, where everybody is rushing for Catching their flight.

Good place to have some relaxation during flights. Standard options as in other star bucks. Costly as compare to value for money.
