Too much downtime, non responsive staff, inconsistent speed. Easily the world ISP I've ever given money to.

Extremely poor customer service. They don't even acknowledge a complaint. The guy had time to acknowledge the payment screenshot but no acknowledgement when i shared a screenshot for wifi not working just 15-20 mins after. Tried calling but then he switched off his number. Has been happening 100% of the times i have tried raising a complaint request.

Very very poor service of starnet.complain karte raho koi sunta nahi he.wifi quality is bad.bar bar call karne par bhi koi thik karne nahi aata.after sale service hi kisi bhi brand ko achha banati he.uffff pareshan ho gaye he

Worst worst!
such unprofessional people they are! After the clock hits 12o clock they cut the service mid night without any notification, i used their services since 1yr every month they do this! I pay them on time they can't even wait for morning!

Worstservice the guy who came to set it up was not even able to find password of wifi he was unable to even put it in his phone i had to teach him but its ok i thought he was new then 1day it worked at its fullest from Day 7 it showed true colors My 30mbps plan which is supposed to give me 3.75MBps is giving me 100k when i am the only one connected
