Whenever I ask for a locker they said not available. After one month they said we are changing the lock of locker.again one employee said invest in mutual fund we will prefer you. Same on SBI service

One will never be able to get it passbook updated if you have your account in this branch, whenever you go there for pass book update they will say either server is down or machine is not working.
The same thing repeats again and again, also they removed the machine kept out there.

Staff is not cooperative enough and the issues with check book printing machines are usually not resolved.

Staff is not serious, they take very much time for any inquiry.

Always crowded. Needs more staff and less account holders. The ATM and passbook printing machines don't work many a times.
