Bad customer support ND no one is bothered to pick a phone. At the time of test assurance given we give TAT of 24 hrs but reports will come earlier same day. But this will never happen. If some one has to wait for report for 24 hrs than why should we go for paid test, why not govt. Provided free testing facility availed. One person spend money for faster delivery of services for which we are paying.

Worst service, There was a guy who came to my house for RTPCR on 17/4/2021 and committed report will be ready in 30 hours, Today its been more than 50 hours there is no response,
Covid se banda mar b jayega then they will publish report. SHAME ON THE OWNER OF THIS COMPANY AND U CHARGING Rs. 1200 FOR IT.

Super unprofessional staff, like govt pathology. Area is full of garbage and dogs. Complete unhygienic environment.

Fraud company. Offer was going on but still they charged full amount of Rs. 8,996/- instead of Rs. 2,199/- that too of only 3 testings. Sent mail to customer care also but no response. Worst service.

Very poor service.waiting for reports from last three days.no one is answering calls.very disappointing.

Hi, please don't do the any test from this lab. They are the most careless lab in Delhi. They showed the positive report of Covid however actually the person was negative. We got it tested at two places to verify the same and came negative. I think they are running big scam. Please avoid doing test from the lab.

They people do not respond in the phone call if a person wants to inquire bout the test how would they will know the details.

Does not deserve even one star. The customer support is worst. They will not provide the report. Link, id password are not working we even cant see the patient report. They are third party to the government as per their words and they suggest a covid positive person to go personally to collect hardcopy from them as there is no way to get it online.poor website and very poor service. Strongly not recommending this lab. Don't go for it.
