Discusting serives. Not a good manners to handal a professional customer. I am advocate. All service center Motorola very bad.

Very bad expereince. It was mentioned that it would be open on Sunday but was closed. Came after covering 15 kms and 1 hour. Samsung needs to be very proactive with the service centers.

The absolute worst among all the four Motorola service centres in Delhi. Highly unprofessional and dishonest staff. Very poor service. Tried to charge me ₹450 for something that was listed at ₹159 on the Motorola website. The service centre at Rohini is way better.

This mobile shop is very good Shop yaha par aap har company kai mobile, charger, battery, asories and all type mobile kaa saman mealtta hai or yaha par mobile repair 15 min mai repair kar kai daitai hai or via bhea rejnable rate par all mobile shop staff very good and disiplane valai hai

Worst experience ever. No value for customers and money. Front line staff is very rude and do not have etiquette s to even talk an handle customers

Horrible attitude and experience.unnecessary making you wait and no sense of responsibility and respect For others time. Total waste.especially engineer useless and branch head even doesn't hv control over him so he dictates situation.go dere if u really wanna waste ur money n time.

The executives at this place are irresponsible. They have not been trained properly. Hence, they are unable to solve any kind of issues. In fact they don't understand the problem of any device.

Staff behavior is very bad not customer friendly technical staff are cheating and misguided the customer in the long run it heart the brand

Need to highlight their presence as it's not easily viewable even they are on main road side.
Secondly I've visited to resolve my issue but staff denied even for what they can do for me.

I have read so many negative reviews about them. But believe me, they are really good people. I visited this place three times for warranty and out of warranty repair. Decent staff, good service. I didnt find anything wrong with them or their service.

They are very unfriendly and find reasons to put your phone out of warranty, so that they can demand money to repair your phone even if it's under warranty.

Worse, the Motorola service centre executive is not behaving well. There was just a scratch on my phone and they have refused to take it in warranty and demand 5000 rupees to just repair my phone's receiver

Worst experience. I recommend if you have a premium phones or any costly device that required any heat treatment while opening the phone please don't take your phone here for repairing the technicians here don't have any proper knowledge of repairing such phones I have taken my phone for some minor issue of earphone jack and they damaged my screen not just for only 1st time they did this 3 times second and third time they damaged some other parts and what is the main thing to notice that they don't even have idea what mistake they did yes exactly they don't deliver quality however I am giving 2 star for behavior of the staff. I am still facing some issue with my speaker just because of them I have taken my phone back so I can get repaired some where else because this people cannot repair anything but damage.

This place is really really bad with its seevice. They will probably hand you back what you gave them with a minor fix. Or give your phone which is in warranty with some added water on the phone so that they don't have to repair it. Its just true even if not desirable.

Very Bad Experience. My mobile had battery issues for which I went to this service center, after replacing battery when I got my phone, I saw volume button, which was absolutely fine before was not working, when I went back and after argument they replaced the volume button without any charge but after a day speakers were not working, I was not able to hear anything when I recieved any call. When I went again at the service center after 5-6 days, they said mother board needed to be changed which would cost Rs. 5500.
Ultimately I just had battery issues before taking phone to service center but after I got phone from there, n number of other issues have emerged which were not present earlier.
I am now compelled to purchase new phone.
Such a greedy and unprofessional service staff.

Motorola staff is very rude. Don't purchase accessories from this service centre.very bad sercive centre

Moto has degraded it's customer services too. Unprofessional and untrained staff. Moto making fragile products with big configuration but all fail devices. Very unsatisfied with the services.

First of all if you have lots of time then you can visit there because this service centre always crowded. You need to wait at least 1-2 hour for your turn. If your mobile damaged by water then don't go there because they charge very high and no warranty covers water damage according to the staff. They will charge you around 200 for checking the problem. So I would not suggest to go there.

Pathetic service experience even for a 2 min task you need a whole day to waste firstly it's always crowded secondly the service representative are experts at wasting customer time.

Very poor service.no person is focused to customers service.they befooled the customer by charging them as telling water damage pr physical damage which is not covered in guarantee and out of terms and conditions and customer have to pay the same amount.this is service center for lenovo and moto also

Very poor service, I am feeling cheated, Moto is a trustworthy brand but you do not have efficient people to serve your customer, I had spend 25k on Moto, feeling regretted. Hi I M really feel sorry after buying your phone, and because of your service. I have Moto x4 6gb edition, visited your Laxmi nagar service centre on 31 July 2018, I have problem with mic, they had returned the phone in 6 hours, after came to home I noticed that they had not close the phone properly and screen in coming outside, then I went back to them and report the problem, and they had returned the phone after 1 hour putting some adhsive and rubber band, but after 10 days screen come out.

Third party customer service center not lenovo or moto. As usual tries to save there money by telling customer physical damage.

The mobile under warranty not repaired and make a issue that mobile opened outside. However same mobile has been repaired under warranty at different service center.

Worst management of the center and making bad image of Lenovo Motorala company.
