Studio M Salon by Madonna - Chattarpur

I went them for a hair color and I showed them one reference picture and after seeing that, they said they can do the same color. But what they've done is absolutely different from my reference picture. The color is so weird. What I have showed them was a simple brown shade and they have done a poor brown shade. I have spent 6k and I went there with alot trust, cuz it's a matter of my hair. But they've broken the trust. I will never go this salon and never recommend this to anyone. Poor colour and poor service. 0 Star. Worst decision to choose them. All my money has wasted. Now I can't even open my hair. I have to do a bun or plaites to hide this ridiculous color.

Lets talk about the pros and cons of the services i took
While entering the wow factor to a salon was not upto the mark, the way i was greeted was off as they were consfused amongst themselves at 12 noo
1. Hair Spa (Men)
The quality of the product used was really good, cost (1500 INR plus taxes) the massage along with was also good but not as comapred to several others in the vicinity, also the cost is high as compared to the very next alternative in the area
2. Hair Cut (Men)
Have been here 3 times just not to judge the salon by a single attempt but its really not upto the mark, rather i would say a bit below average as well they donot even ask you about your preferences unless you state so moreover when you yourself mention your preferences the stylist hears you asif you are boring or burdening him with tasks, anyways i wouldnot say haricut to men is good here
Even my 4 year old nephew had several haircuts here and it wasnt good at all

Overal its only the massage that i found good along with the equipments used and the hygene maintained that is really good

Woyld recommend to train the stylist and be updated with the latest trends and perfection, rest you are good to go!

Loved the work and warm gesture given by beauticians. Renu did waxing and manicure very smoothly.i just loved her work. Rocky helped me in pedicure and hairstyling who was good too. I also got my hair colouring done which got bit different from what I showed but they corrected it immediately and very professionally. I would surely recommend.
