The one star is for Sarfaraz, the hair stylist. He's really good. Was there for a hair cut a week ago. The BIG NEGATIVE- the person at the reception wasn't wearing a mask, and didn't seem to care much even when I pointed it out. So wasn't another staff member who was moving around the salon while I was having my hair cut. There was another customer who came in, and waited his turn for a hair cut, and wasn't masked either, and wasn't asked to do so by the staff.in short, not worth the risk in these pandemic times.stay away, stay safe!
AWESOME EXPERIENCE. Got Keratin done yesterday by Rayhaan.wonderful job he did to my hair.no matter what service I take.its always superrrrr.be it wax n facials, hairwork by Rayhaan or pedicure n head massage by Prince.they all are very gud at their jobs. Must go to salon in Dwarka

Heard lot of positives about this place. Visited for the first time for my son's haircut, and to my surprise the staff was tooo rude. Specially a guy named Samar. Was extremely sarcastic. Like I said I went for my son's haircut. I was told by this gentleman to wait for 1 hour. I said that's extremely disappointing, to which he replied thank you so much ma'am with full attitude. I asked for a feedback register, was denied. I asked for number of the owner, was denied. Would be really glad if someone atleast contacts for an apology.
Really liked the overall treatment, starting from hair wash to patiently listening to my requirement and suggesting best option as per my face cut. Aamir is really good in handling customer, I felt really comfortable and got perfect hair of my choice! Thank you Aamir!
One of the good salons if dwarka. The place is located in Ashirwad chowk. The salon is quite spacious and well maintained. Staffs are very courteous too. I went there for beauty services. I liked the way the stylist suggested treatments for me. She was being genuine and was not looking to milk money from me like other parlors do. Really liked their services and am looking forward to go there again.
This is a franchise not the real Madonna. Pathetic people. Untrained, uneducated and uncertified staff. They keep changing staff and uses low standard refills in branded bottles (I befriended with on of the staff there. Once my friend came to know the inside story of sub standard products. They buy bulk product chinees and local made then refill it in branded bottles and packings. When she protested about it because of constant side effects and complaints from customers they fired that person and didn't pay that person's due salary as well). Think twice before you visit there. They exploit both employees and costomers. Very important point to all who wish to visit there 'They will always try to sell you different packages. Once you fall in to their trap of packages they will start giving you the lowest standard of services because you have already paid for the services which haven't been given as yet'. This Salon is practically doing because of a one boy called Samar who is good at hair cutting (NOT Styling) apart from this guy non of staff permanent here no beautician not hair stylist not therapy expert no certified expert it is Just A Costly very Costly Hair cutting shop NOT a Beauty and personal Grooming Salon at all.
For me the experience untill now has been Amazing, as now its been a year since i’ve been coming here & getting my haircut from Mr. Aamir, such a great stylist he is. Coz every single time you come up to him & he’ll always provide you with the best possible. & the strong point being the designs that he provide’s you with are extremely impressive. My personal experience being - actually people have stopped me & have asked where did i get the designs from.
I've had the best haircut of my life from here recently. Amir was the hairdresser. The place has good ambience and you really feel at ease. This is going to be my go-to salon from now on!
It's a nice saloon in Dwarka area. Nice and humble staff. It's very care about the client. Inside the saloon clean and hygiene. I am very much enjoying my hair cut and pedicure. My hair cut do always Mr. Parvej ji and pedicure done by Mr. Dharam it's a very nice and good experience always. Earlier I am gone to some other saloon but for last six months I am taking services from Madona M saloon. I think it's best in Dwarka.

Value for money place guys, very warm and hospitable along with good knowlege of their work. Would like to mention Samar and Prince for their spotless clean work never had any complaint for any service which is taken here.

Samar is an excellent hair stylist and a great hair dresser. Must say a very talented person and he has satisfied me for a couple of years and he treats his clients with ease and make them comfortable.
