Had a very bad experience at studio prakash.they are duping people if you send your staff.

They did black and white printout for rs 50 per sheet.and now arguing with me that why did you send your maid.she said yes to the price and that is why we did the print.

Charging high prices to maid.trying to make a fool out of her.really bad experience.

Dont ever send your staff for work there.also it seems it is imp to tell staff how much does it actually cost to get basic things done as we cant trust the shop keeper

Extremely rude and impolite staff. They think the clients are not aware of the product they are looking to get and try to mislead by making up stories on why the colour of the picture is not okay in print. Do not recommend them if you are looking for a quality product. First time experience at their shop and definitely left a sour taste.

This used to be a great photo studio some two decades ago. Nowadays it is run by youngsters who do not have human touch. They are money minded. They do not even entertain their customers and show a very casual approach. They do not care about customer stickiness. Customers are built on the relationship which was the inherent attribute of their older generation.

Rude staff. On asking to adjust the prices, owner straightway started ordering the staff to cancel my printouts. Rates are exorbitantly high, 20 rs for a b/w printout when most other shops charge 5 rs

They are theives sitting there just to charge obnoxiously high charges. 20rs per page for bw printout. For digital copy of passport size photo, which is free everywhere, they were charging 50 rupees and if you want the original digital copy, they asked for 350 rupees:). Very unfriendly people and unfair prices. Stay away from these thieves.

It's a nice photo studio located right in the center of Malviya Nagar market.

The staff is friendly and service is quick and efficient. You can visit them for all your photography and prints related requirements.

Visa photos, passport size photos, portrait, outdoor photography, photo enlargement and photo printing services are available here. They have many nice quality printers to complete their jobs.

The staff is extremely rude. Never seen such egoistic owners in 8 years I have spent in Delhi.

The only reason I had to go to them is because there is no other printer shop available in this area nearby. And this shopkeeper takes advantage of that by charging whatever comes to mind.

I have printed over 10000 s of pages till date in last 8 years at reasonable rate, we all know its 1 RS per page max.
When I went to this shop, the guy said '20 rupees per side of page'. I humbly asked 'Has the rates increased? '
And the guy went 'Lena he to to loo. Dimag kyu kha rahe ho. Yehi rate he. Mera kya ja raha. Nahi lena to chale jao. '

And he kept on taunting me for every little thing I said after that.

This was my first time I went there, and am never going again.

They are becoming becoming expensive and quality is dropping day by day. The owner is least interested in keeping the business rolling or improve services.

Very costly place and the staff is very rude and use very harsh language. Never going to visit this place again.

The staff here is extremely rude. I was getting some basic photo prints. I handled the paper from the frames to Elias and asked him to print to size. When it started printing I saw that the one of the 4 photo is horizontal and immediately pointed this out. I realised that I should have explicitly asked for vertical prints but I assumed being in the printing business, seeing the picture from the frame he would understand it. I said I dont mind paying but I'll need a vertical print. But this guy kept passing rude comments like "pehle bolna chahiye tha, pehle kyun nahi bola, aapki galti hai". Thats when I lost my cool and asked him why he needs to be so rude when I said I dont mind paying for it, but he kept arguing. If the owner is reading this, please take note as me and my family will definitely not come back here and we had been going to this studio since over 10 years.

The stff here was not welcoming at all the owner was sleeping in his chair right in the middle of the room the atmosphere here was really unpleasant it was a very good.

We took the house of three bedrooms in seven hours. If all my things were set for our desire and make sure that we all be ready before going. Cost was reasonable from cited. We were happy with the service received.
