Fraud, they they deducted money from my account and not confirm the order

I have bought a shoe from Ajio online store and that shoe is from this company, I received a fake product complete different color and i tried to return the product through app in dec 2022 but Ajio has showed to self ship the product to this Styleshore seller i waited for almost 1 month and ajio has did not support the issue.

Then i self shipped the item to this seller address and seller received the product and signed on shipment i have sent all the proofs to ajio support but not receiving any refund from them.

This is all bogus company i am facing a lot of issue by reaching the Ajio several times the shoe cost is INR 2500. I will be issuing a legal notice to this company for treating this way to customer.
