First time is a last time seriously my expirenc is very bed vomiting ho gya khane k baad

I am regular customer of subway and everyweek me and family has to enjoy a sub from subway. But I literally would like to give the staff minus points if possible. The rudest staff ever seen. The girl named kajal is rude and doesn't know how to talk with customers. The guy who is usually preparing the subs with her is even worst. They dnt keep fighting amongst each other even in front of customers. They will keep you waiting as they have to fulfill zamato swiggy orders first. And They ask to wait in a distasteful manner. They might be struggling with their private lives but when we come to work it should be the first priority. They keep cribbing of the orders that keep coming that won't give them time to rest. They keep cursing the zamato swiggy orders in front of customers. They also serve very little quality of chicken even if you ask the lm to make wrap or sub with double chicken. When confront them they rudely say it is what it is. I dnt know why no manager or owner of the place is there to keep an eye on their behavior. Today I went there and they kept us waiting for 30 mins. As they had to fulfill zamato swiggy orders. The behavior of the staff is beyond worst. And also they aren't taking care of proper hygiene. Working somewhere without any interest and serving food to the customers and keep fighting and cursing the online customer is nit at all acceptable. Kindly look into this matter. As this is the longest ever feedback I have given to someone. As I love subway and my family also enjoy subs and wraps. Kindly do something with your staff by keeping an eye on them and training them properly.

I am a regular customer for Subway KG1/97 Vikas Puri & visited there twice a week however during my last two visit Sandwich was prepared by Mr. Jatin, his behavior's towards customer is very rude and Impolite, the way they were mixing up Veg & Non veg stations and throwing the money on the customer was really in appropriate. They were highly impolite and i am extremely dissatisfied with the efforts of subway & on their hiring of such staff.

Always love Subway. All time favourite. Quick and great. If you want to grab a quick Sandwich? , then Subway should be your destination

Bloody scammers! Were charging more from 2 foreigners I saw, They were intentionally speaking in Hindi so that they won't understand, Charging 500 for a salad! Never coming again, ruining the image of the country.

Most tasteless thing I ever had. Chicken slice footlong with absolute no chicken taste, and all the rest of mix salad care less thrown, 4-5 tipe of sos with disgust make an result of

Worst experience ever the guy working there was so rude (vikaspuri) he didn’t knew how to talk respectfully or even politely.

The manager of the place charged us extra on our bill. We were smart enough to check the amount and corresponding items and we went back to the manager and he was well aware of the amount he charged and he corrected the bill without even apologizing for a minute.
This is really unethical.

I am not very impressed from this subway, its like you ask for something and you get somethin, lemme tell you i asked for BMT and they literally just gave me peperoni and didnt even say that we cant make BMT and another time i asked like tomato, onions, cucumber, olive and lettuce and they gave me tomato onions and lettuce. They talk nicely they r friendly but i dont recomened idk this has happened with me or other people also.

Dis particular outlet needs a lot of improvement in terms of staff and ethics. Does not live upto the name

Bad experience ever in vikaspuri subway their employees are very arrogant and they will not listen you what you are saying if you wanna any customisation in ur food they just answer you ok and do what they wants to their employees are very irresponsive and they don't care about customer one of their female employee was engaged with her mobile phone while making subway.

The sub taste great here, staff is nice and friendly. Sub are filled with lods of stuffing making it taste great.

Do not interpret the orders clearly (in my case added an extra cheese even though I specifically told them not to do so) and extremely poor service, not worth

There are 6 kinds of breads and a variety of vegetables & sauces to choose from, making your perfect sub

I usually get one packed on my way back home from office.

Subway is my all time favorite for healthy and delicious meal. While I was waiting for my friends and was hungry visited this Subway outlet in Vikas Puri. Services a d staff was very nice.

This is a good place if you want to have a tasty snack with less calories.
You get to choose from a variety of breads, veggies and sauces.
It's tasty and fresh.
The service is also okay and if you order from swiggy/zomato, there is timely delivery too with proper tapes and packaging.

This particular subway like many of these doesn't really know how to make and serve.

The food is yummy but the service is little bit slow although everything is ok the quality and all.

Subway always serves good sandwiches but when I talk about this particular store, their staff is not customer friendly, you get feel of getting treated like customer.
