I recently had the pleasure of trying the chicken salad at Subway and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the first bite to the last, I was continuously impressed by the quality and taste of this dish.

Taking ambience and service into account, this is the worst Subway outlet I've ever been to. (Mis) managed by an all-female staff, their only saving grace is that the Subway food comes pre-prepared and only have to be put together as per order. There were flies, strays where they shouldn't be. Horrible place.

Atmosphere is pathetic. For sitting area No air condition works. It only works for counter. Staff leads are not at all courteous. Dirty space. I am highly disappointed with such condition of brand chain.

They delivered it without toasted and the packaging is such that the toppings are sticking to paper.

They did it twice and when enquired with them on phone they denied that this order is not served from them

Pathetic store. Not operated hygienically. Found flies in the sub. But staff didn’t even apologies forget about replacement…

While the atmosphere was nice, I can't say the same about food. Ordered two sandwiches and the bread was so hard I had a hard time chewing. Told them not to make it spicy but did the opposite. The chicken sandwich barely had chicken in it. First experience with subway and i regret going there.

Sohail and Kaushal are really great at the service that they give. We (4ppl) went in around 9ish after a long day confused and indecisive these two guys made sure to serve us with smile and help us effectively, explained things well and were warm with the service experience.
I may not remember how the sub tasted but I'll surely remember the whole experience.

Never tasted such good tandoori tofu. Awesome flavor of sauces and fresh vegetables. Staff is very good too

I one I don't like about subway is difference in temperature of ingredients. Like hot bread and cheese, but chilled sauces and cold vegetables. Shortage of space.

I am a true subway lover and a nicely prepared subway can make my day better. Recent had one and it was delicious. The good part about them is the everyday specials.

The worst sub. I told them to toast my sub (only the bread) which they didn't and then they giving an answer that we don't toast it, it's served like this only. Crazy

I always love subway for the ability to make your own sandwich depending on your mood.

The ingredients are always fresh and delicious. I love how they always add new exciting items to the menu while keeping the original ones.

This place was small and cozy with extremely friendly staff that made our sandwiches with a smile. Always polite with a "please" and "thank you". Good job, keep it up!

Worst experience! Didn't even bothered to take the order, the person was aware that I was waiting but still neglected.

Very bad experience. The food serve is Temp normal. It's not Hot. Taste was very bad. Waste of money.

Very Rude Staff. Bringing bad name to Subway. Staff not aware about Subway's tie-up with Dineout. Subway needs to get itself delisted from Dineout to avoid inconvenience to the customers. Dineout never accepts any payments untill the restaurant confirms it account details for payments. Hence, it's Subway's responsibility to either accept payments on Dineout platform or get itself delisted.

Also, staff needs to be more customer centric, rather saying "आप cash/paytm पर पेमेंट कर दो बाकीआप dineout से खुद निपटो, हम dineout से पेमेंट नही लेते"

Decent place to sit and chill. The subs are amazing as always. They sanitize the place after a while and it's completely clean and well maintained.

I love Subway a lot. I choose the tofu option nowadays to get some more protein in the diet. This outlet is on the way from my class to CP, so sometimes on the weekends I have a sub from here.
Go for a Sub of the Day option to get a lower cost option.

This outlet is a bit congested and has limited seating though.

Worst ever experience with subway.
She has her own rules of preparing a sub- sandwich, which isn't mentioned anywhere.
She wants to save all the stuff that has to be put in a sandwich, and when questioned, she had her own explainations, which were baseless.

We are paying for it, and they treat their customers as they are giving it for free.

Subway, kindly get some well behaved salespersons.

A good place to hang out with friends. Sitting arrangements are good as concerned due to covid. And the food is amazing as usual.

I used to celebrate by bday here only but from yesterday flies are there in every corner even in dishes. Workers are even saying what we do its the time of rain you have to adjust with this

Generic Subway at a busy place. Has all the sandwich fillings offered by the chain. The staff is courteus and fast. The place can seat about 20 people in total.

Subway is always amazing. The customization options available are great. The service here was also good. Since it is situation in Connought place, it is mostly crowded, I guess. Also there is enough number if staff there to accommodate this crowd too.

The place is although crumpled but they serve proper subway burgers which taste almost similar through out the world.

Of all the offering Cookies are the best although it is priced slightly higher but worthwhile to have the taste.

The only flipside is the burgers served are cold with refrigerated fillings.

Located the round the corner near the hanuman mandir and can easily spotted.

If you don't want to spend much time in selecting the fillings just order sub of the day either in veg or non veg. This is the best bargain and correctly priced.

Worst customer service ever in a subway. The guys were busy moving a giant glass early on.which was understandable. Bit afterwards, I was getting my order prepared, the music was too loud to hear clearly. I told the person I want a meal. He asked me which one even when I had told him the one with toasties. He rudely uncaringly pointed to the menu. Next even after ordering the toast I had to remind them to make it as they forgot. Which was after I finished my sub and drink. Guy named roshan was my biggest concern. Also carelessly all three on the front end were busy on their phones.
I have worked front end/customer service even at a subway. People got suspended on using their phones while on job. This is no way to get things done while running at a store. Disappointed.

They are very careless the concern is that i was eating a sandwich at subway and it was a non veg sandwich.they served non veg Instead of veg sandwich and there was no sign of regarding any veg or non veg.i requested to concern authorities.kindly accept my request and take strict action or paved the way how good you are for hearing.

This Place. It's Good. I liked it. It's just Simple and nice. The Subway is as usual. Wish they accept payments from mobile apps, but sadly they don't have any such facility

The contents of the sub were good both quality wise and quantity wise. So it was good. The location was also good. So it's good to dine in:)

Its really a feeling of been in a Subway - OPEN. They call it Open Service, just folding a wrap of the Sub wont be necessary for them as its NOT a part of their Hospitality, as it hardly take 30secs to wrap the Sub.simply stating its Company policy and they will only wrap if its a Take-Away.is it like I am taking a Free Ride. The food was good indeed, but missing the touch of Kasht-O-Mer Service.

This place in P block CP has politely aggressive staff. Passive aggressive staff. Who dont care a damn about customer service. They are so mechanical that the only thing they know is to take and serve orders. Creepy. Soon we shall be replaced by robots. I guess robots will be better as they will be computerised. These semi humans with no worklife balance have lost it all. This is about their behaviour and service. Next comes the billing part. I use a restaurant ticket card by edenred which is speceficallly used for famous food chains, amongst which subway is one. Either subway is inconsistent or plainly these staff are half literate anti-customer people. When all the outlets of subway accept the edenred restaurant ticket card, this outlet would simply refuse to use the card. First time of my visit I requested them to use the card they simply denied saying that the card doesnt work. I requested them to atleast try to swipe and check. They arrogantly refused. As if their ego was bruised. All the staff stood together against me. And I was forced not to use a something which was lawfully supposed to be used here.
Unfortunately i visited this P block subway again and this time with my brother and sister-in-law. This time they recognised me and one of the staff came and said, “she is the same woman” and then they restarted the same argument that we left unresolved. This time one of the staff was kind enough and ran the card for 10rupees and bingo the card was accepted and money was charged. So they agreed to charge. However the manager in charge came and called the owner and the manager said not to bill it from my card. That is what i heard from this side of the conversation.

Now my request ro Subway: please put an end to this harrassment. People want to eat peacefully. No one wants to fight for the food they can afford. Either give us consistent service or pull it off. Subway in promenade vasant kunj used the restaurant ticket card. Edenred. Then why not P block? Now how do I know which subway uses edenred ticket restaurant? Put an end to this distortion And inconsistent service.

Nice services and facilities. The workers try to sell things even if you don't want want to buy them.

It's moderately OK. Nothing too great or not too bad. Just a healthy option for your hunger pangs if nothing else is available
