FRAUD, charged us extra (we took sub of the day offer but they charged usual prices) and wasn't giving the bill saying their Wifi isn't working.

Such cheap service you have I have ordered something else I paid full amount nd given me another item nd not even recieving call. U idiots

Although subway is a good outlet with a reputation but I’ve gone to this outlet twice and my experience wasn’t good either times. When I first went here they didn’t claim my coke from the previous bill and since I had filled the details my bill got wasted. This time they told me that they will charge extra for any extra vegetables I will ask them to put, so according to them they will decide how much vegetables you will eat in your sub and other than that any will be chargeable and his tone was also very rude. The subway outlet at north ex mall is much better.

I ordered subway from zomato from this outlet. It was the worst subway i ever had. They did not put veggies as requested and only aaded one veggie and no sauces. It was horrible and i would recommend not to visit or order from this subway. They are ruining the brand's name and taste. My money got totally wasted.

Tofu seemed to be expired. It was way too tough to eat. It also had that rotten smell coming from the salad. I just got typhoid after eating it. Totally don’t recommend

Microvave oven is not working
Many ingredients like lettuce and others are not available n servee very worst quality of sub.so plz avaoide this

The staff was helpfull but slow. It's inside the funcity mall making it long way to go inside. Also need to pay n park.
There fountain machine was not working making my desire for combo left alone

Very bad staff. The guy who make subs in black dress doesn't know how to speak to the customers. Owner should look into this.

SWIGGY 5 STAR. RESTAURANT -5 STAR.

This restaurant is hilariously amazing! Okay so here what happened you be the judge.

I ordered chicken roasted salad from Swiggy (thank god i didn't order directly). Upon receiving the salad the chicken was cold so I requested replacement for the same as i cannot consume cold chicken.

After a few minutes I received a call from the delivery guy. He told me that restaurant is not dispatching the replacement order as delivery guy doesn't have money.

I explained the restaurant person the situation but he was talking very rude told me that you have to pay for this order or else we will not dispatch.

I told him that fine I will deal with swiggy since i ordered from swiggy. After 30 mins or so swiggy processed a refund telling me that restaurant is not co-operating.

So long story short THIS RESTAURANT IS BLACKLISTED IN MY BOOK (CHOICE IS YOURS).
