American here I had the Mexican patty and it was really good. My teenager had the Italian BMT and he really enjoyed it. A lot of American based fast food is just ok, so I was really pleased with our meal. I recommend

Just the regular subway with prompt service and fresh veggies to support your healthy lifestyle.

I had the worst experience here at ambiance mall subway, they didn't had trays for dine in, the staff was very rude to us and others, didn't make the sub really well

Its worst Experience today with this outlet,
There's no stock up properly when you're trying to make sub but there's empty bins I find. Even guys are not properly making sub even after instructions. An specially I'm vegan and i told them that don't use any item from nonveg section but still they use onions, olives and mayo too from nonveg section infront of my eyes. These things totally disappointed me and specially when u r go for hygiene and what u got. Really its very bad experience.

The food was good, no complaints about that. I would like to mention that today my server didn't wear gloves but I didn't complain about it because I saw her washing hands thoroughly before preparing my order. However, she kept forgetting my instructions and forgot to give napkins. 4 out of 5 stars because generally, I don't have any complaints about this particular outlet of Subway.

As I m regular visitor of Ambiance mall so visiting Subway is a regular affair.

Not to be mentioned, Nice taste.
If I say good things about this store, then as very few delivery agents deliver from this store so nit so crowdy.
In most of other stores u may have to wait to get food as delivery boys will make the store busy

I am a big fan of subway. Though this outlet needs to work upon its service.slow.all sauces are not served.

The wholesome food shop with fresh baked loafs & choicest salad & seasoning gives u satisfaction, ambiance & taste anywhere u want to stick to healthy options. Never bad with offers on all days for regulars.

I went to the mall on 17th March'17 in the evening around 7-9pm. My wife ordered something and then sometime later i went back to the same store in the food court with another order. This time around I showed him the feedback voucher which I received for the earlier order. That guy insisted that since the billing is already done he cannot provide the complementary cookie.

The name of the restaurant manager is Kashyap and the name of the person serving me is Kamal Singh.

We argued and eventually I paid 185 Rs.and left the food for him to enjoy. Both the gentlemen didn't even have the courtesy to call out.

And chicken seekh sub was not available which I wanted.

I think subway should quit its promotion of giving free cookie for feedback. Because most of the stores do not want to honour this promotion. I have had arguments with several stores, the most recent ones being at food court at ambience mall vasant kunj delhi and at the food court at huda city centre metro station gurugram.

Recently was at the mall with a friend and decided to have a sub.
First of all, the management really need to have a look at this place.
The staff did not bother to tell me about the Jumbo combo and the subs it included even after I precisely said I wanted it.
After I had gotten the sub made, by the manager himself it is only when he sais and I quote "madam aapka koi bhi sub jumbo combo ka nhi h, combo nhi hoga"
This sort of trickery is really cheap.
Second,
The veg shammi sub was a disgrace to sandwiches. The bread overtoasted, the shammi tikki itself was smelling and had a foul taste and the guy didnt even bother to put the sauce evenly.
Half the sub had sauces and half didnt.
The veggie delight sub was half decent.
Horrible experience at this subway.
