Subway

Really poor management. Made me wait for 15 min & upon giving the order they are coming with excuse that italians bread is not available and then sir tomatoes are not available. What kind of subway is this that disappoints the customer during the peak hours. Choose your place wisely folk to go better place. The person who was serving he was also not wearing the head cap.

Subway is always my go to place for healthy and tasty food. Chicken teriyaki and veg shami are absolutely awesome.

Subway should close down this outlet. It sends incomplete orders very often. This is from someone who has been living in the vicinity for 2 years now. Its a blot on Subways name and I hope someone from Subways central team sees this, and shuts down this bloody outlet for good

Bad service. They act like its their home and you are some pedestrian asking for food. In my case. I asked for two different items and they gave me two of the same without even informing me. It was a takeaway. So i couldn't complain. You better check your order if it's a takeaway

Not get the amount of salad which I usually get ordering at other stores.
It might because I ordered through Zomato and paid the amount online.
I trusted the store to provide the services we get from every Subway outlet.

I have ordered a 6 inch seekh kabab sandwich with all the specifications in which they fooled me by sending it by minimizing the quantity of all the vegetables inside.
N were very harsh while talking.when I have complained about it

Incompetent, unhygienic
The sandwich was being made directly on the counter and when checked the manager argued that the counter was clean.
When another customer asked for extra paneer he took it out from my sub!
Tomatoes were stale.
No drink so no meal of the day.most stuff were out of stock at 7: 30 PM!
WORST WAS THE COULDN'T CARE LESS ATTITUDE.
AVOID UNLESS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY

Craving? Don't think of any thing and just step in to subway. You can get veg and non veg both options here and the best part is that they have separate veg and non veg counters.

Fast delivery, tasty sub of the days. Little secluded.lot of parking space though. Adjacent to the market

Unprofessional and rude staff. Whenever you ask for meal of the day.they always refuse by saying that our drinks machine is broken.

There soda machine never works, was denied sub of the day cause their soda machine didn't work, go figure

Subway is always a good option when you want something healthy and light. Go for multi grain breads and light on the sauces.

When asked to put all vegetables they forgot to put lettuce.i ordered chicken teriyaki.and chicken was measured to 60 grams.and when i asked.why the chicken is so less they said its the receipe.they are allowed to put only 60gms of chicken

This is a good option to satisfy your hunger pangs as they have a good number of seats as well as most of the breads are available at this outlet. The staff however is a bit careless and can possibly forget to give your card back from the card machine after payment. I forgot my card in the machine itself once, and had to rush back to the outlet to collect it. Seems like this was happening with multiple customers there, as they showed me 2 cards other than mine which were with them. They keep the cards safe, however they should take more care about returning them while ordering.

This place is ok for a quick bite. When you order vegeterian meal ensure that the person making it changes the gloves if he is also making a non-veg meal for someone else. My experience is that they sometimes do not do this.

Very poor service at Dwarka Sector 10 shop. Even Napkins not provided.asked for kitchen paper towel. The store had run out of that too! This is a swiggy / Uber eats pick up point.avoid going for dine in.

I have been here 2 times and i did not like their service. The staff was very slow at making a subway both the times.

WORST SUBWAY OUTLET. THEY SENT ME FROZEN PATTIES IN MY SUB LAST NIGHT. THE COOKIE TASTED AND SMELLED WEIRD TOO. THEY KEPT BLAMING THE ‘NEW STAFF’ WHEN I CONFRONTED THEM. APPARENTLY, EVERYBODY IN THERE IS NEW. I WAS ALSO MADE TO TALK TO THE UNETHICAL AND RUDE MANAGER, WHO DID NOTHING AT ALL TO RESOLVE THIS. INSTEAD, HE WAS BEING RUDE TO ME ABOUT THE FACT THAT I WAS COMPLAINING. AT 11 IN THE NIGHT THE MANAGER IS ASKING ME TO DROP BY SO THAT HE COULD JUST SEE THE PATTY. AND I KEPT TELLING HIM IF I COULD HAVE COME THERE WHY WOULD I HAVE ORDERED IN THE FIRST PLACE. SUCH A RUDE GUY WITH ZERO HOSPITALITY.

Sector 10 outlet is second worst subway outlet after sector 7 outlet. Ordered paneer tikka subway salad which was full of cucumber and tomato and few raw paneer pieces. Got half the quantity of salad. Ordered through foodpanda when I raised my issue firstly they didn't pick the call and later told that this is their standard quality and quantity. Please avoid this outlet as I usually order from sector 12 outlet which is excellent. Made a mistake by ordering from here which I'll not repeat. No matter I skipped my dinner due to them. Worst outlet.they doesn't know how to make a salad.
Table are dirty.no water available.
