Horrific experience! These people sent me a duplicate copy of the Taschen Copy Book, priced at par with the original and refused to replace it. I lost my money and invaluable time on a project for which I required the book.

Their contact person made up a story that the delivery service isn't accepting my replacement order. I gave them the benefit of doubt and shared a different address but then he went on to ghost me with no further communications.

Please save your time and money from these scammers!
