I am soo happy to have the customer service from sukhmani batteries owner. He did me a great favour. I have brought my battery from a different state and facing the problem from last few days. They helped me to give a try to charge, but when the battery was of no use, they accept the guarantee of battery and changes the battery on the spot. Great thanks to GAGAN DEEP JI. Probably the fake dealer, i will tell you why

On 11th May 2023 i went there to change my bike bike battery. And today is 23rd May and battery is already dead. Not accepting charging. I have to drag my bike twice in just 12 days of battery change, worst part is my bike don't have kick.

I am not saying to not to visit sukhmani but visit at your own risk. You may get outdated battery in the price of new. I will surely not see their face in my life.

Wish I could rate these cheaters negative. All the positive reviews are fake and have been posted by owner's known people. I made a mistake of trusting these people on the basis of these reviews.

The owner makes big claims before selling anything and does not even recognize you after taking money. I made a huge mistake of purchasing battery from SUKHMANI BATTERIES. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. You will end up paying more and won't be able to do anything if you face any problem within warranty period. Look for other trusted shops or you will repent later on.

Need a replacement for my damaged battery. Sukhmani arranged replacement at home without any fuss. Highly recommened.

Very poor service, the owner is quick to anger and very stubborn. One can hardly have a sensible conversation with him. The staff is incompetent and lazy.

Had the misfortune of buying a exide car battery from here on 21 may 22 and the battery went dead on 15 June 22.had a headache asking him to help or send his person.first he said he will send his person alongwith Exide personnel but later on said only Exide people will come or i can come to his shop.when i went there he and his staff behaved in an extremely unprofessional and boorish way.he was of no help at all.made a big mistake buying from him.any other person would have changed the battery as it was dead within 23 days of buying.his advice use ur car everyday to keep i charged.really poor service and customer care.pathetic

Worst dealer. Bought battery from this shop. The battery got discharged, they agree to send a guy to pickup the battery for recharging but refuse to give any acknowledgement receipt. Very unprofessional attitude. Exide should terminate such dealerships. Losers.

Very Very RUDE BEHAVIOUR. They don't even know how to speak with customers and that's to a senior citizen. Pathetic person. Shame on you.

These people are completely unprofessional. If you expect them to honour the warranty/guarantee of your battery, then don't. I purchased a SF Sonic battery from this shop which malfunctioned shortly after. I took the matter to the shop wherein they told me that they'd have to recharge my drained battery to check for defects and charge me twice the market rate to charge the battery overnight. The next day, the shop owner was happy to inform me that the battery was okay. But as expected the problem persisted. I had to repeat the cycle again but they never agreed to any defects. I've since taken the battery to other shops and was informed that my battery was infact malfunctioning. I bore extra costs to get the battery replaced even when the warranty period for my battery was not over just to avoid these unpleasant business owners.
Tldr; They don't honour the warranty/guarantee of their products. Better steer clear off of these guys.
