Sukhmani Hospital

I was biased towards Max but in emergency I had to take my mom to Sukhmani and she was admitted for 3 days. Totally impressed with prompt action by doctor Dr Gandhi n Dr Pankaj. The doctors in emergency Dr Jayshankar n Dr Nadia very efficient.

Entire staff, specially nursing was very warm n well trained.

It's a small but effective hospital near Green park. This hospital is more famous for its doctor duo Mr. & Mrs. GANDHI. They have their cabins in basement, on ground floor there is emergency room, on first floor their is OT and on second their are rooms with name of flowers. Canteen facility is also available on rooftop. Chemist is also available on ground floor. They have their own diagnostic centre adjoining the gate. This hospital is more famous for its Gynaecologist. One of delhi famous gynae Dr. KP Gandhi. She is very good with her advice. All in all good experience. At times they charge a little more than others but then service is also good.
Dr. Pankaj is also available as an visiting faculty. Few Parking stops are available free of cost on fist cum basis. You can give it a try

When I was admitted I having very critical situation but today I am taking discharge and fully cure all staff and doctor is very good thanks sukhmani for giving me wonderful service

Please don't choose Sukhmani hospital for any surgery not properly equipment if you are going through any company please choose another hospital. He immediately say leave tha room. Not thinking about patient. I recommend you going another hospital many good hospital there.

The service was very dissapointing. The nurses on duty had to be called repeatedly and the doctor was never on time.

One of the best private hospital i came across with the best treatment and hospitality…. From all the doctors to nurse everyone have a great attitude towards patient and their attendant.

Absolutely worse experience! Staff here is careless and the doctor 'K. P. Gandhi' is an absolute 'MEANIE'. Always frustrated and lashing out at patients continuously.
Do recommend not to waste your precious time and hard earned money on doctors like these who can't even respect your time.

Worst hospital.no hot water in winters. Nurse Babina treated rudely.doesn't know how to talk with patients. Patient pehle se hi pareshan hote hai apni bimari ki wajah se. Babina nurse jo north east ko belong karti hai was atmost worst of all when compared to other staff or nurses

Doctors are really caring. I admire My doctor Dr kunwar P Gandhi ma'am you are amazing God has used your hand and your knowledge for me. I want to thank Dr Sarika dua ma'am for making untrasound session so comfortable and happening Dr Amruta for her kind smile sister Babita and sister Suzy. Sukhmani hospital never disappoint me and may God continue to bless you all.

I came here for wife's surgery through Glamyo and the facilities at the hospital were way higher than the expectation.

Today I called that reception the receptionist was very rude and not cooperative however after long persuasion Aaye got connected to gynaecologist madam Amanpreet. Dr given me time to come before 1 PM when I reached there in OPD one lady was sitting at reception she was enquiring a lot why I want to meet to Dr and she was very very rude to talk then I came back all the staff are very noncooperative and rude. This hospital is not recommended to anyone they are manipulating the things and using Hospital position to earn money only

From Practo I got excellent hospitality service in this Hospital also Doctor, Nurse and all hospital staff are very kind and hospital was maintained well. Dr Basant kumar did my wife's surgery he was very good kept me calm throughout the surgery even the anesthesia doctor was very good.

Sukhmaani hospital Safdarjung is so low rates hospital. Staff and the pharmacy guy so rude. Also the price is so high bfor no reason. I want to ask what's the meaning of hospital and hospitality to sukhmani hospital Safdarjung? Please MD or CEO, please train your staff.

The front desk does not know how to behave. I called twice to book an appointment for internal medicine. The girl who answered the call has no idea what internal medicine is and kept on hold for several minutes. I was transferred to someone else who had no idea why it was transferred. I called again and a guy replied and kept on hold again. I had to disconnect because of health issue.why they have hired people who do not know what they are doing.it looks like they have been picked from street just to fill the vacancy.pathetic!

It is very clean and all the staffs are friendly and caring. Experienced Doctors, good diet and good nursing care. A bit pricey though!

They are nexus of sukhmani and prystin care,
Every surgery cost more den 15 times as compared to market rate. They are just exhaust your insurance, zero care, never never visit this hospital again. Daily patients are fighting over bill issue, even staff know all this things. Every rating is fake here by prystin care marketing team

Very very poor experience with this hospital, worst hospital i had ever seen very very greedy of money they don't have any sympathy with patients only make money for their stupid treatment. Pls go anywhere in world don't go here, very unprofessional and Doctors are very trained how to cut the pockets of patients.if there is a option to give zero Star i will give them 0.

Facilty is good but staff puts wrong example in front of kids. There staff needs more training.

The hospital is clean and expensive. Its good for childbirth care. Its okay for minor injuries and all, but don't go there if there is a serious injury or case. The doctors will not take serious case.

Under Dr Amit Gupta he is plastic surgeon very good treatment we sre very happy for our gynocomastia surgery thanks Sukhmani for ther good management program and teamwork

It was nice staying here for 7 days

Rushed to it after midnight and the doctor attended without being hesitant. Despite seeing the patient and writing a prescriptions did not demand any consultation fees. Empathy does exist within the medical fraternity. Where private hospitals have frequently come under the lens for soaring bills, this particular experience stands out! Thanks a lot.

INcredible experience.my father was admitted on the 8th of May21.in a very serious condition.
We were not sure if he would make it
Subsequent tests revealed a heart attack with injury to the brain leading to clots.
At the time of admission we were told that there are limitations and due to covid.certain facilities and ICU etc.may not be available
We entrusted all our trust on them
I would like to thank Malti ma'am, Sister Supriya, and the entire support staff along with Dr. Sunil Bakshi and Dr. Amber khaira for getting him home on the 20th of May21

I visited the hospital to have a consultation with Dr KP Gandhi. The receptionist sitting outside was very rude and arrogant. She wasn't ready to listen and was sending back patients saying there is too much waiting. She wasn't ready to listen to anything. Otherwise everything was fine. But didn't consult the Dr because of her receptionist.

I was admitted, for 2 days due to some Health issues and i felt really good staying there. The staffs and doctors were also really good and really responsive.

Went to Dr Gulima Arora dermatologist and asked if the second visit within a week is chargeable or not. You won't believe she called us shameful and said that we were not supposed to ask such shameful questions! Well, we showed her, her exact place for which she was apologizing as well but Sukhmani Hospital has a list of very uneducated and unprofessional doctors! Very disappointed!

‘My mother Mrs rosamma Robert got admitted in sukhmani hospital on the 3rd of March. She is highly satisfied by the way she was treated and taken care off. The room was clean And well ventilated. The entire staff made us feel like we were surrounded by family and friends.
A small suggestion which I would like to place is that there should be some kind of safety in the balcony for patients because often people tend to take a wrong step when they are not well as it happened with one of the patients the night my mom got admitted.
