Cockroaches, all over my bed all night. Probably the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Felt like I was on skid row.

Good hotel close to metro and well equipped shopping complex. Quiet area. They let us leave our bags during the day after we checked out. Provided drinking water. Gas hot water. Wifi was fast enough for streaming. Would recommend for a short trip in Delhi if you aren’t planning to spend much time at your hotel.

It's very safe, peaceful and comfortable place to stay in Delhi. Rooms are pretty good. Food is also good. Most courteous Staff. They make your life so comfortable by providing everything you need.

Worst place to live, if you are not from Delhi. First of all the sevice here is leisurely, they don't care about your comfort, they care about their's. The staff is very rude to you. I stayed here around a month ago and before arriving there my sister had talked to the manager about early check-in. They came to a conclusion that I will have to pay 500 rupees extra to stay there. I checked in at about 5: 30 in the morning. I had breakfast and didn't return till 7 in the evening. The person on the check-in counter (not the manager) started saying that you will have to pay more money to stay, I said I have already talked to the manager and I am not paying a penny more, but he kept talking to me in a rude manner and kept saying 'talk to the manager'. I went to the room, called the manager and he started saying that it's an early check in and you will have to pay more. I said but you have already talked to my sister about this, and then he started saying no we talked about 6 o clock in the morning, but you arrived at 5 in the morning. I wish my sister had recorded the phone call between them. As an 18 year old alone in Delhi for the first time I was helpless. Taking this as an advantage they scammed me about 1700 more.
This place is a rat hole to stay. The manager is never on duty and by never, I mean it. The staff are very rude.
These people are like vultures for money. If you wanna enjoy your stay, then don't keep your foot here.
