Good experience, owner was very polite and has good knowledge about cycle

I have purchased tricycle for my baby 15days before and it got broken and when I reached out to the shopkeeper regarding this he said this does not falls under warranty period and we need to pay extra we already paid extra money compared to the marker and pay extra for repairing so disappointed.will not recommend to anybody else.

Please do not buy from them if you want a good delar for cycle.please go to other shop.very bad people and money minded shopkeeper. This is my openion.rest leave on to you if you want to buy junk buy from them. Thank God I didn't buy all cycle from them.

Pathetic place to get your bicycle serviced, they overcharge you for any thing and keep pushing to replace parts which are not required to be replaced. I am never giving my bicycle to this place.

Please never visit this shop for any purpose. They make us feel that we went to beg some service from there. Very rude and arrogant owner and staff.

Rude staff. Bad customer service. Didn't bother to show bicycles when I mentioned that online price is cheaper for the same bike than what they are asking.

No idea who or how the owner/manager is since he didn't bother to talk/meet anyone apart from payment.

Worst place for cycles. Using duplicate spares. Charges are high. If you are going for repairs, they'll suggest full servicing, which may not be required. They'll do half of the work for servicing. They had also put undersized tube for my cycle tyre. When I went for complaining, the owner/manager at the front desk simply denied the work was carried out at their store.

Refrain from buying anything from this store.
They sold me a cycle which had around 5-6 big scratches intentionally hidden beneath the plastic cover and when I approached them within half an hour of buying, they not only refused to accept their damaged cycle but started misbehaving, as if they have done some sort of mercy selling me that damaged cycle.
I was about to call cops for this fraud but didn't wanted to ruin my son's birthday.
Avoid buying anything from their store. There are plenty of other stores in the market who behaves appropriately.

Fraud business runed by Father and son. They first talk politely and if the costumer seems to not buy the cycle then they start talking rudely and almost misbehave. And say don't argue with me go somewhere else if you don't want.

And the price are very high and if we search them online then the price will be different from 3000-5000rs thousands which is very much.

Cheater shop don't go guys, Absolutely cheater, they have all the old bicycles with them. They have cheated me after giving a rusty bicycle. These bicycle rates are already high, they cheat in the name of 10% discount. All their accessories are fake, do not buy any goods from them. This will give you cheaper goods in the dacthlon and nearby local market. Guys avoid this cycle shop

I am not amazed by the review and ratings provided by so many users. The owner seems a rich guy and doesn't talk to his customers properly. I have been there twice and I had similar feeling.
I was looking for a Frog bike and my problem is that he is the only authorised dealer of Frog cycles in Dwarka. I would look for other option or buy bike from outside Dwarka but definitely not go to this store.

Please dont take your expensive cycles here, they talk all professional but end up delivering a sub standard job.waste of money.most expensive on the block delivering least services.disappointed

After doing a below par service. Kept recommending some below par seats, locks.all in all not a grt place for either service, accessories.even the cycle range and discounts offered wasnt grt.

If you want to scrap your cycle or if you are thinking to throw it away take it to them. They will help you in scrapping your cycle from a minor fault in the cycle to a list of damages and issues with post which you will consider throwing away your cycle

I am from Gurgaon and purchased Hero Sprint from Sunny cycle dwarka. Today I went all the way from Gurgaon to Dwarka for the service of my cycle but the old man sitting at the Cash counter misbehaved and was very rude. I was surprised to hear that one cycle service takes three hours. He told me that he has lot of work and doesn't have time to listen to me. Pathetic customer service, doesn't value customers. I would say not worthy of any purchases and after sales service. Sunny cycle works. Only god can help you.

Very rude behavior but cycles are alright. When I visited the store with my grandfather they talked so rudely to an elder man hate the customer service of this shop. The people here -"bhaw khate hain'.

They are providing bad service and poor quality of cycle.i purchased cycle before 6 month but it doesn't work properly and always suddenly puncture it when i told them about this then they said that do servicing everytime and for this they charge Rs 350 to 750 all time and repairing charge extra.my humble request is dont buy cycle from this shop.

Never ever buy from this shop. They will make exceptional promises when you buy but the tone is completely opposite when you come again for any issue. I bought a brand new bicycle for my daughter and within a week, it's tyre got jammed. When I came to them for fixing the issues and asked the reason for the same, they refused to comment and are now coming up with one or the other reason for the issue which are irrelevant. Moreover, they would not allow you to see the repair work they are doing to it. It seems like they are not getting the first hand cycles but second's cycles which are being sold cheap by the company due to some manufacturing faults. Suggest this shop to be avoided.

Seems to be operated by a father son team. Big cheaters and dishonest in their dealings. Boasts of having the biggest shop in DWARKA, are interested more in cash dealings. The helpers and assistants are novice who try to act smart even with knowledgeable customers. I realized this after purchasing a bike for my son and falling into the trap. Poor customer service, arrogant attitude of owners, dishonest dealings are trademarks of Sunny Cycles. Forces customers to make payments before the product is ready and wants them to leave without bothering about their satisfaction. Will never recommend anyone to purchase from them. It is a big risk.
