My first experience was quite disappointing as the staff was very shabby, there was no cleanliness in the salon and the way of speaking of the staff was very rowdy.
I had gone for a haircut and hairwash and my overall experience was very average. Looking at their popularity I had expected good service but I have gotten better haircuts and service at the most basic salons also.
Today, I went for my second visit to Vasant Kunj after having a bad customer treatment at the Malviya Nagar branch as I urgently needed a haircut. The staff and cleanliness was better in comparision to my last experience but the hairdresser was only concerned about making videos. The hairwash and haircut was good but a basic 20 minute haircut process was made into a 45 minute video session. NO CONSENT WAS TAKEN before shooting my video. I was in a hurry still they made me wait to get the right shots and videos. The pricing method was also very unplanned. I specifically informed them that they should have the basic decency to ask for consent before shooting anyone's video to which the hairdresser said ' ma'am yeh toh basic practice hai, sab karte hai' and I had to specifically deny him to use my videos for any promotional purposes.

They made my dead hair look very healthy and the colour that I wanted and desired, they gave me that, very friendly and nice environment

Went for global coloring
Pros:
Right selection of color, nice haircut

important read:
when your confirm on phone the charge of service say x amount as informed and tax further (so add 18%). So almost 1.5k extra charged.

Con: Global coloring is also done on forehead, I am informed it goes after wash. I have an event tomorrow. Would have been nice if were careful.

NEVER GO TO THIS SALON, it’s associated with sunny hairport but it’s nothing close to it! Very very average professionals work here in the name of sunny hairport, they overcharge for their services too on the name, that’s also not a problem but the work is ZERO, they know nothing wbout touch ups or pigments or toning the colour properly, it’s a waste of time money and effort, don’t go to Vasant Kunj branch.

Got my hair colored here and I must say I was super amazed with the transformation. Ive got my hair colored previously from Affinity, Hairmasters and Looks but this place is magical.

Pros:
1. Superb transformation
2. Unique coloring processes used and the effects are not the usual golden tinge/streaks.its a mind blowing change
3. Great efforts done

Cons:
1. Time-Taking (it took me 5 hours and i have low patience so you can imagine the wait time)
2. Expensive but seeing the transformation I am not feeling the pinch of the money paid.
3. Lot of post-maintenance to be done-like hair spa, fancy shampoos etc.

Work is really good I had my hair colour done by ajay he did superb Job.
My hair are still very soft and manageable.

I have been to sunnyhairport vasant kunj twice this year. I can trust Ajay with my eyes closed. He understands what kindof haircolour look I want. I visit them whenever I come back to India. A really great team who is available even after the treatment. You can call and they will be happy to advice you for anything. Great experience

I was absolutely wowed by the kind of experience & "at-home" feeling extended by Ajay & crew: very friendly & professional. Ajay undoubtedly has a very warm & talented set of folks who provide amazing services. They really know their job well & I must say that I was very impressed after the job was done. I got hair colouring done along with cutting and other treatments & the results were just amazing! The best part is that this is Ajay's passion so we can imagine the amount of hard-work & diligence that goes into this. Sunny and his staff are all very professional and offer the best services that one can experience. Good salon, Hasan guy did a nice haircut job.
But the billing guy was charging me more than Rs150 extra for a light beard trimming

They are in real hair painters.great salon of the Capital so profound knowledge about hair and products. Their price are exorbitant but service is amazing and memorable. Sumit is excellent.
