I recently had a terrible experience at [sunrise hyundai parpadganj]. The staff was incredibly unprofessional and seemed disinterested in helping me. They gave me inaccurate information about the vehicle I was interested in, and when I finally decided to make a purchase, the paperwork was riddled with errors. It took weeks to get everything sorted out, and I felt like they were trying to rush me into a deal without addressing my concerns. I wouldn't recommend sunrise Hyundai to anyone looking to buy a new car.

Enquired about one their models. Not all models are available here. The one I was looking for was not there.

We waited a lot at the showroom for the delivery of our car. The staff was not at all cooperative specially the head of the department H Promise Mr. Surender. He was very rude and unfriendly.

The service provided was upto my satisfaction and had a personal touch to it. Overall experience was excellent for my first association with Hyundai family. I hope this stays the same for my future endeavours.

Very poor service. My steering was working normal but forced me to change it with "expert advice". After charging a hefty amount they spoiled the steering and its actually not working now.
Two times I have experienced the executives accusing me for not bringing the car "on time" for servicing.

The sunrise hyyndai. Patparganj was the beat showroom at the okhla.yu can get the car which ever yu wont. The best deal is to get from the area yu can get it finace also. The showroom is on the main road yu can get the which ever deal yu wont. The staff is also very good in behaivour yu can get the fair amount of deal. Best and most powerfull car yu can get it from hyundia.

Fraud service. I visited the showroom today and pathetic service provided and also the place is very crowded 4-5 cars parked in such a small space. 2 guards called me and said that please ask this person or that person. Initially they told me to first park car outside and then inside and finally outside. I had an argument what the hell is going on. Then they told me receipt would be there, as you will be charged as I was going for the repair of my stereo. Since there was no responsible staff I had to return empty hand.

I;m going to escalate this to regional head of Hyundai.

Area is perfect for car showrooms, lots of other brand nearby. U can compare cars here, has good space for test drive too. There is a section of second hand cars also.

Horrible Warning Don’t buy any vehicle from this dealer. If you want to buy. Then buy car from this dealer at own risk. Recently I had purchased i20 from sunrise Hyundai Patparganj branch. First they don’t know how to deliver vehicles to customer. They even don’t know the features of car.my model was i20 asta model and at the time of delivery when I asked them about features of car they didn’t know feature of car and said me to see features on YouTube. They are Hyundai dealer and they didn’t know the features of car. Horrible And second thing I gave my car for installing Seat covers when I came for taking car back I saw that they had damaged my car I saw deep Dents at driver side door and on left door they had put a big scratch and then I immediately informed at accessories department head his name was Mr Kuldeep. Because I handed over car to him for installation of seat covers. And he gave me answers that it is normal because there are to many cars for delivery and all spaces are full at showroom so we parked your car on road for seat covers installation so someone on road had put dent and scratch on your car. I said that this is your responsibility to take care of my car because I handed over car to you then he started shouting at me and started using bad and abusing launage with me and then he called his showroom staff and security and tell them to take this man out of my showroom but I said I will talk to your showroom head and complaint against you he said showroom head will only listen to me not you. But I said I will talk to him. Next day I again went to showroom and talked with showroom head and also shown him my car and he was also saying that we can’t do anything in this matter and he said that we will repair it but you have to pay charge for it. I said my car is only 1 week old and my car is in full warranty period and you had damage my car so it is your responsibility to repair it. Then he said get out from our showroom and don’t come back again. And he also said me that if you come back again then it is not good for you. I am felling so bad that they had damaged my new car. So I am warning you don’t buy any vehicle from this dealer. They will make you cry. And if you buy vehicle from this dealer then Be aware from Mr Kuldeep accessories department head. This is my true words which I expressed with everyone.
