I began working for this organization in April 2008 as a process associate at the tiny office in Rohini Sector 9. I'm happy because It's big organization now. It's pleasant to work environment. I working from 13+ years with SunTec, and over that time. I'm always learning new skills in this organization. At Suntec Web Services. Most of seniors are very helpful. I went here for an interview, 2 times and 2 different day's. They took 3 day's just to say" NO" First they said that I've done too many errors in my training test but i correct then they come up with a new idea like your speed was slow.
Just because of their hope i missed my 2 interviews.
I think this is not a good thing.

But one thing is sure that these all years were incredible for me, Great people, good and flexible policies, great work culture, clear mission and vision of the company. Overall a great organization to work, and policies are good, has a good environment for work, great support from seniors and HR. A nice and friendly environment is always a great requirement for you if you want to explore things. The work environment is pleasant, and it is my second family indeed. Never trust stars when experienced and working associates are there ask them directly or believe experienced.the only positive reviews are from above operator level e.g. TL, MANAGER etc.all are chaploose people.

I contact this company through freelancer site.
They messaged me back and ask me to give my personal info to his email id. I did the same and they provide me details about the work and ask me to pay security deposit. I paid security deposit and after that they are constantly not replying my emails and that mail id also disbled now.

It is too much fraud firm in india.they hired me as freelancer on freelancer.com and took me from 2633 INR (rupees) as security deposit.nd they said.it will refund u after completed ur first 30 pages.i completed 30 pages and sent them.it's been 4-5 days for sent a completed work.but they didn't give my email replay.i also sent them my bank details for payment.
So people's, don't work for this firm.it's fraud firm.

Senseless people are sitting inside the company, they don't give value to candidate times, they shall ask you for trial as an interview process and will never give you feedback or any responses of your trial, its kind of schemes or tricks they use to done their work in free of cost, just assign 5 assignment to 5 candidates and in last don't give them feedback.

He didn't ask me to turn on neither web cam, voice call nor screen share. And when i completed my test they said u r rejected.

I have been working at SunTec Web Services Pvt. Ltd.full-time for more than 6 years. There are lots of skilled professionals work in the company, the bar is hold very high. Work environment is awesome. In offices culture is very friendly. Company is totally client-oriented and career-oriented. Never faced a single issue regarding salary in my entire carrier till date. Learnt so much and still learning many new things.

Worst company in my knowledge. I started my career with this company. Trust me they are partial people. My manager Mr Rajesh Singh (digital marketing manager) was a partial person who was only selfish for his own profit (incentives) but not the team which brings your moral so down that you would not like to put your efforts any more.

Rules are different for every person and on floor partiality is the reality of the suntec.

The seniors are giving jobs to the employees on their personal relation, not about their performance on the work.

Worst company in my career graph. I started my career with this company as it is located near to my place. Trust me they are uneducated people. My team leader raised a issue that i cannot wear without sleeve kurti in office. They are mad. They have a problem in talking in between the work. Plus, the clients are hell irritating. I have been patiently working in this PATHETIC company for 1year. There is no increment after that also, all the TRs who were joining with me got new ids n new increment, i don't complain. I just waited until i am very very disappointed n frustrated. Even after a year you will nt get 10000 in hand. There will be petty deductions.

The seniors are terminating the employees on their personal issues, not about their performrance on the work. All the seniors (T. L.) are # specially for sanjay lalawat. He doesn't know anything about the project related works. Literally he doesn't know the basic concepts of his project work.

Even he cannot write the mail of full day working status to the client with his own sense. He is a very shameless person. He doesn't feel shame that he doesn't know anything about their projects that what is going on. I just think who the hell are the person who promoted his to the t. L.
This company promotes to that person who likes to suck and spending more years in this company, not about what they have knowledge get. None of the person can growth in this company who thinks that they have good knowledge and they can make growth here easily.
This company never increments the salary growth of the employee who makes the profit for the company around $1000 every year. I'm feeling very glad that i have not spending much time and never sucks for this company. Because of some people like sanjay lalawat, manisha rani, brijesh, saurabh jagota and ankur arora who drown the company reputation continously and they are every time ready for sucking which makes their growth up.

They are such unprofessional people. Different different HRs keep calling and emailing me and ask " are u looking for job" after I gave the interview in their office. They don't keep any records of candidates which have given interview and which not. I did not saw this type of unprofessionalism in any company. Moreover they did not give any feedback after interview. If you want to say no then please do at least we will not wait. Be professional.

Third class company the interviewer don't have manner to talk. After interview the HR told me that he will confirm me by the end of the day. But he didn't gave any feedback. The company also have no more than 2 or 3 employees and the interviewer was from different background. Why you guys running this organization please shut down it and search a job. If you are running an organization be professional guys.

Rupees 15000 company they don't have much to offer for associate level employees. For fresher's it's 12000. No incentive, No OT but at the time of interview they will told you that they will provide you with incentives and OT. Nice work HR team saving a lot. Don't believe on those fake five star review.
