Supersonic broadband

Poor service internet down from past 3 days after recharge face problems with my work i keep calling them even visit and complaint but still facing same issues i don't recommend this wifi service to any one specialy people who work from Home.

Worst customer service ever.tech team is heart aching. I've never seen such a disorganized company as this in my entire life for leaving their customers stranded and not minding what they go through, What a shame to Supersonic.

Very Critical, unprofessionalism and worst services. I would like to mention so many things but words are less to express. Don’t ever try or go for Excitel services as it’s own by very unprofessional, pathetic and worst people as they really don’t have any resolutions rather than giving fake commitment and words only. I would suggest all who are looking of Internet provider or services go for others but not with Excitel ever worsssssttttttt and worstttttttt services really. I wish there an option to give negative rating as they deserve rating in (-) minus which is no where in numbers anyone can assume.

Worst experience. Internet doesn't work.once you are done with the payment they will route you the customer care which is again useless as they kept you waiting all the time. Solution TAT is 48 hours not to speak of getting it done within TAT they are not even bother to feel sorry for inconvenience. MY suggestion would be that do not waste your hard earned money on it. I hvae also attached the screen shot for your reference.

At last they will ask you for every detail and at the end will route you to customer care.

I have done complaint so many times on call their internet stops in any time. When i went to their ofiice thay simply said there is a problem in your router not in their service but my neighbours and friends are also facing the same issue.

Thanks to supersonic broadband got fiber connection in 1 day now speed is good, now I can work from home.thanks again to Mohinder Rajesh. And special thanks to Rohit for wonderful fiber cabling.

Worst service they always want money and never solve problem, and internet speed they said 50 mbps but actual speed is 0.4mbps. Never go for this service provider. Worst service ever.
